I really enjoy your RV reviews, very informative, non-biased, and just matter of fact, no sales pitch (Matt is awesome, and I donated money to get his Bobblehead 😊 but let’s face it, he works for General). Izzy made me laugh (and think) as he was “complaining” about the power engine bay door…I was thinking, if you’re at that price point you’re probably not doing your own service and the tech being paid to work on it would probably not be impressed 😱🤣🤷‍♂️.

The silicon seals are more flexible. Maybe they don't glue the windows, which is the structural build. It's possible that speedbumps or a pothole cracks your windshield easier.

Had a new 2023 Cornerstone -- dumped it in 16 months. Short story is that it didn't work. Never in 16 months could we take it without a serious problem. Terrible customer service not because the people were not nice but because they didn't know anything. There is no feedback loop related to problems. When you go through the factory you can see why. I've owned manufacturing companies and I can tell you there methods of manufacturing were reminders of the 1960's. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Bought a new 2025 London Aire and are very happy. In my opinion the company makes the difference.

Great review and opinion…no dovetail construction.. carpet in slides…no soft close…should come down about $200k on msrp…that price they’ll be sitting on dealers lots

I still question why Entegra has not gone to the no carpet slides and a few upgrades that other “high end “ coaches have. The coach doesn’t look very different than 5 years ago. American Coach or Newmar seems to have an edge. I’m getting excited about the Tiffin Zephyr.

My Choice for quality, service and best bang for the dollar. American Coach. Nothing comes close/ Rev service centers in Decatur does Amazing work!

Very thorough review, MJ and Izzy, thank you! I'll admit to a bit of bias, I prefer a Newmar coach, I think they offer more value for the money. The Entegra has some nice design and style, but I would have to look at a Newmar London Aire before pulling the trigger on a Cornerstone. Agree about that windshield installation, very surprising to see that huge rubber gasket around it, and I know how you feel about a carpeted slide, Izzy, have to agree with you there too!

I like the looks of them, but was disappointed when I saw the one that is behind the one you were reviewing had a huge paint defect that stood out like a zit. My thought was if they let that go considering it was going to a RV show viewed by a large group of people what else have they cut corners on. I think if it’s a high end coach it should be flawless. Not to be singled out of the crowd, I saw 2 Tiffens that had a bad paint repair that was obvious as well as paint that was so dry it looked like sand. In today’s time with large corporations buying these coach companies I don’t see the quality of days past.

Great video guys !!! You can tell that you are truly passionate about the RV lifestyle... As far as Entegra Coach ... Do you think they have recovered from the COVID related lack of quality in the construction ? In other words, do you think the RV industry as a whole will ever improve quality again, like they were building PRE--Covid ? Or are we going to have to settle for the lesser quality / shoddy work we have seen since 2020...

I don’t see a future for rv’s at these prices as well as the initial cost the ongoing expenses make it difficult to justify. I think I will be traveling by plane and staying at Airbnb’s and not dealing with all the expenses and problems that are synonymous with owning an rv.

I agree with you guys on this one. At that price, also being influence by Thor, I would pass. Don't like the batteries and inverter is out of sight and hard to get to for service, maintenance or troubleshooting. The interior is poor. The drawer slides and entry level. The ceiling is plain for that price point. The placement if the washer and dryer is horrible - I would not even want to think about R&R when they fail. As for the cockpit... the all in one screen is not a plus in a motorhome. It's nice having the Nav, cameras, climate and radio all separate to easily view and not drop one to see another. Those touch screen are a bear when you have a long reach and trying to hit a small icon while bouncing down the road - trying to watch the road with your left eye as the right is changing sometime on the screen. Forget about upgrading the sound system and Nav if you are not happy with what they are offering you. If you offered me that rig as an even trade for my 2013 gas class A... I would keep my current rig. It actually nicer inside than this one. The cabinets have taken a hit on all after covid builds - that's where everyone is cutting corners.

It is Interesting they made negative comments about the Furrion appliances. If you actually Google that brand, it is a Lippert division and rated extremely high-end for RVs. They have a failure rate of like .000003%.

We walked through several Entegra Class A's in Quartzsite, and while they do have "glitz and glimmer", we felt they are vastly overrated/overpriced. Staple drawers at such a price point?! Our real interest is Super C's, and the Accolade/Seneca are also very overrated.

At that MSRP price point, they in the AAA league. Carpet anywhere in the coach would be a dealbreaker for me. My preference would be an American Eagle 45E. All the awnings are black, that price even though it's MSRP they should be painted to match to the coach. I'm with you with the power operated engine access, I prefer manual, also give me manual slide trays.

I don’t like the dash, ceiling, carpet, lack of dovetail and soft close drawers. I like the colors on the outside but not the patterns. The bathrooms are nice and spacious. Nightstands are too small around the bed. Tiffin does a better job. If I could choose, I would buy a comparable Newmar or Tiffin. Foretravel is a bit higher in price but would be my favorite.

Welcome to the "Thor" effect. I hate the look of the dash but I am spoiled. The high end Newmars have the auto style windshield and hidden wipers plus a 3 step entry with auto stop. I hadn't realized but my Newmar is taller. (13'4") I use to like the Cornerstone before Entegra was acquired by Thor but now I would buy a London Aire before a Cornerstone.

I agree with your assessment. Also, same old colors. It seems there is not that much seating space, missing theater seats for such a long coach. Too expensive for what they offer at this price point. A Newmar London Air, Tiffin Allegro bus or Zephyr would be a better choice in my opinion.

Thanks for the honest review. Even though I personally like the Cornerstone exterior styling and tech (infotainment and blind spot warning) over the competitors, I think Entegra is falling behind. The finishes, build quality, and interior design leave a lot to be desired for the pricepoint. Newmar clearly is way ahead of Jayco / Entegra. Hopefully they can step up the interior design, construction, upgrade components and get rid of carpet soon.

10 months ago took a Mountain Aire, cornerstone and American coach for test drives, we were considering trading our coach in. Even though I have been an American Coach fan for a very long time, it was a HUGE step down from the Newmar & Entegra coaches. From the wind noise on the front cap (drove two, they both did it) to a coach that rattles a LOT. To me the cornerstone was a very close 2nd from a driving perspective, the suspension wasn’t quite as dialed in vs the 41ft Newmar. The Entegra was the quietest at highway speeds. The carpet on the slides or in the storage bays doesn’t bother me at all. I do agree the windshield doesn’t look as good/clean as other companies, however it is queter! I feel the cornerstone is almost between the Mountain Aire and London Aire. The MA I believe can get really close to $900k loaded up while the LA can go over a million. For me a bigger turnoff for Newmar is I believe the windows do not open, fom the Mointain Aire and above

I don’t like how hard you have to slam the basement doors to close them. Reminds me of my $150,000 Fleetwood bounder.🤷🏻‍♂️ at that price point I think I’d go with a Newmar or a Tiffin allegro bus.

The draw slides look like the least expensive ones you can get. Soft close is not much to ask for, disappointed.

I agree, this unit is suffering from shrinkflation. The Zephyr has a similar price point as the Cornerstone, yet I am of the opinion the Allegro Bus is comparable from a feature perspective. Of course Newmar and AC have models that compete also. On the plus side, and I have not looked at the 24 specs, but historically the Cornerstone has had higer R vales for insulation. In addition, I am not a fan of full wall sides (I have had too many problems with my full wall slide) and Entegra does the four, and interestingly, the motors for the slides are interchangable should you have a failure on the road.

Yikes. That price is absurd for the fit and finish of that coach. Two burner cooktop and the lack of soft close drawers is unacceptable. Don’t get me started on the carpeted slide. Thumbs down 👎🏻

I like the tech. What i don’t care for is the wood trim. Instead of curves and really nice craftsmanship it seem to of gone liner. All straight lines. Plus you lose storage to make windows bigger. We still love our 2015 Newmar LA.

$900k is overpriced for this coach. Its a $700k coach at best, even then carpet on slides, crappy Furrion appliances, is unacceptable, I do like the colors. This coach offers nothing over an Allegro Bus. For that money I would certainly prefer a Zephyr or a London Air over this. We bought in 2021 and looked at Tiffin, Newmar, and Entegra then. And Entegra was a distant 3rd place.

I completely understand about the price and the missing up scale item's mentioned. HOWEVER, as you also mentioned most likely a 30% discount on the ENTEGRA is possible. So, that would equate to a sale price of approximately 580K-625K. And there is NO coach out there that can compete with THAT coach for the money! PLUS a 2 year warranty!

I was able to get 29% off of my 2023 London Aire over a year ago so the comment that MJ and Izzy just forgot about discouting holds no water. For the money I could not agree more that Entegra is quickly dropping to the bottom of the pack from a features and looks sense and the prices just keep going up. I traded a 2022 Allegro Bus and looked at London Aire, American Eagle, Foretravel and Entegra before buying. London Aire for me was a hands down, no brainer for the money and a year plus later I could not be happier.

Thanks for your very thorough review. Having seen the lack of quality especially with the lack of soft close draws and no dovetails it looks cheap and dare I say shoddy for a motorhome of this price. You could be looking at a five year old RV but it would probably be better made and superior quality. I’d be happy to buy a used one that has been well maintained and redesign anything that I particularly want. It’s not built to the standard one would expect for the price so it’s a definite no from me. I must add that the pantry looks like it’s unfinished work and would have been far better with metal pulleys (adjustable) than what looks like unfinished chipboard. If this is the standard of new models then I don’t believe the manufacturer is going to remain in business as we all want top quality when paying top bucks 😉

This is the very first time Entegra has not lived up to its well-earned reputation for quality. I'm disappointed to see there are no "new or improved" features in the 2024 model.

Out of the 4 premium production coaches (Newmar, American, Tiffin, and Entegra) I feel that Entegra is last. Granted, it has a great exterior, however there are too many shortcuts made and the interior looks cheap. Things like still using carpet in the Cornerstone and still using 4 sided seamed roofs that pool water on the seams is less than stellar. Tiffin has up’d their game as has American. Newmar is also a steady consistent good coach.

The color is gorgeous. I really like Entegras. Not the inside of this one. Too dark. American Coaches are my favorite. Not a Tiffin fan at all. I closed some of their cabinets at the Hershey and they didn't even appear to be solid wood. Newmars aren't my favorite either. They're nice, just not my style.

I have a Newmar Mountain Aire with the same gasket, as the frame twists along with the front cap and the fiberglass cutout is not exact. I have had my windshield pop out several times! Just poor design as usual.

Tanks are small, my Foretravel '97 36' have larger fresh water, gray and black. Do not understand a 45' having smaller tanks. I do have the 150 gal fuel as they have.

I get that like anything ya buy in life there is a price range for a range of different people, the Entegra isn't worth that MSRP, it looks cheap, has no style. Looks like an old mobile home inside.

The London Aire at this price point. I don't like the dash area. Looks too cheaply made for the price. They really depreciate when looking at a two year older Cornerstone.

Yuck. As an owner of a 2017 Aspire 44B we would never consider upgrading to this coach. The gold finishes aged as I watched this video. It is so disappointing to see what Jayco..I meant Entegra did to this version of the Cornerstone

Not impressed. Don't like the cabinet finish, hardware and I'm with Izzy on the power open etc things. No dovetail no soft close and I saw one of the access panels in the back closet was not flush. What I see is more time spent in the shop than on the road. Rv manufacturers...This is not the way.

This unit is very disappointing. First of all, it looks like a unit that’s 1/3 of the price. I am puzzled that anyone would purchase this. Everything appears OK but nothing seems superior in quality or execution as one would expect with a $900k plus price tag. It would be helpful to lose the carpet and interior steps where possible. This rig really is a mystery to me.
