Very good to incorporate weather weaponisation in this video with the drama of justification. It has been a while since 1967 and the Vietnam rain season and the need to control and extend it by the US . The equipment is quite modern and very up to date Dane Wigington would be pleased as the calamity of cloud seeding becomes wild.
