I was so excited to use my 22" on my Weber! Imagine if you lose power you can still cook almost anything soups, stews, steaks, chili... yum!

That Discada appears very similar to the large carbon steel wok that I use on my grill or fire pit Cheers, those eggs and pork looked delicious!.

That is a great looking discada Jamie! You have it seasoned up real nice. The meal looked great as well. Now get you some imitation crab meat, marinated chicken or beef, pineapple, bean sprouts, onion, broccoli, peppers, lo main noodles, and some zucchini and cook up some Mongolian BBQ! That thing would be perfect for it!

Maybe a bit nitpicky, but the pan itself is a disco and the dish made in the disco is the discada.

Southwest discs makes good ones, they're the only people I know of who make them with a formed lip, most are welded, they have some nice handle options too.

It’s called a discada from the word disco Which is a plowing disk Mexicans convert into a sore of a cooking surface .

This one's probably around the same size as yours. Use what you have. I have made them larger and smaller they all work the same.
