but she was op before. How to balance? Make her damage inconsistent? Like the every other ult shot does 2 damage? or maybe it was just the circumstances fitted yelan and she herself wasn't that op.

@@Evitzeoshowerthoughts i think it might be a good idea to make the first hit of her ult do 2 dmg and then 1 for the rest of the round, but i mean thats only my opinion

it wasnt, now her burst is the same as Beidou, Yoimiya also she have a better element than both of them and can achieve her burst in a smoother way
