Mai next time you're selling grilled chicken please don't have your customers touch the chicken . one of your customers dug her nose then touch other chicken that she didn't touched previously. I know you're very clean and particular when handling food.😢❤

Please tell people not to touch the food. They can ask you to turn it over. You smoke alot of meat you need to make a smoke hut it all looked good.
