Mad respect I love the style of it. I made a Back to the Future DeLorean toy into a rc using the SG 1603, along with cutting it in half and stretching it about an inch-and-a-half to fit the wheelbase and making my own drive shaft. I wanted to go 88 miles an hour how would I really cook out this

Whatever happened with this build? I have a 1603 pro sitting on my shelf right now. Was less than impressed with its rally capabilities so I may try a speed run build.

27t pinion, Castle 7700kv, 4s un-sensored ESC. Waiting on the last few bits and she will rise again!!

@@disciplinerc That's a castle motor I thought that it was one of those surpass motors you was using on the 2s test? Thanks for the quick reply I recently got my hands on a Udi R/C 1604 rally just need to replace with pistol radio with a Dumbo R/C X4 which I already placed a order for today.

I wanted to gear mine up with the stock motor but idk what spur to use and pinion what would i need?

The pitch is mod 0.6 I believe. There isn't any option to up the gearing the way it is stock. The best bet without going to a mod 1 total conversion is to get a higher KV motor and add more S's to the LiPo you use - with an ESC that can handle the amps that is 👍

I honestly just made them from scratch and don't think I kept the file 😬 The assembly was really quite complicated as it had an internal metal threaded hex coupler that extended through the hub extension from 7-12mm. Over engineering at it's finest 😂
