you might be wondering why you still care for him/her/them... it's because when you really like them and wanted to invest all your time in them, and they weren't even as crazy about you like you were of them it hurts. But we tend to unconsciously forgive the people we care most about, it's hard not to. We make excuses for them, because we didn't/dont want to see the truth. And sometimes that truth is hard to accept even if you know you need to. We fall into a routine of constantly caring for someone, that we forget what it's like to stop because deep down we don't want to even if we know we need to. Even if they don't care, we still care. Once you have strong feelings for someone, you can't just stop caring about them, you can forgive them but that doesn't mean you can't still wish the best for that person and still want to succeed. Because even though you might've not been their everything, they were yours and you cant just easily let go of something like that.
