The fact they accounted for players who do most of the moralist quest and don’t follow it through is one of my favourite things about this game, there are quite a few cool things which rely on you leaning towards moralist, including the famous “DETECTIVE. ARRIVING. ON THE SCENE”

According to Fayde conversation viewer the game checks for the Variable "yard.hanged_savoir_climb_the_tree" = true. This variable is set when the game says "Savoir Faire: An acrobatic manoeuvre would solve this situation. Nothing can go wrong with a good *manoeuvre* " . Which requires 4 points in Savoir Faire to prompt.

It’s the same VA but I don’t think it’s necessarily meant to be Titus. The 9 threshold stat checks seem to be little rewards for players who have gone that deep on one stat. This one to me is a nod that everyone seems to have eyes on the harbor and your perception is so high you can actually see and interact with the conceptual “eyes”

As funny as that is, I can't imagine Titus being all sneaky and weird. Some other Union member.. or Ruud? He swore in that skavenesque speak like Ruud. "Fuckshit." "Pigfuck."

I had that happen on my moralist politics quest. As soon as the aerostatic arrived the game would soft lock. Really sucked.

@@gimpscam9976 I tried to look up how to fix it, I cant even get past talking to measurehead without the game freezing after he walks off screen, and I cant talk to the guy on the balcony. Seems like it was some update that caused the glitch, but it doesn't look like it'll be fixed.

Hmm possibly, it’s always a bit weird trying to line this kind of thing up when using a 2D map for a 3D place, and even more difficult when all you have is an artists impression. I always had the shot as just between the graffiti wall and the yard, very narrow but just about doable.

my base stats are 1 INT 5 PSY 4 PHS and 2 MOT with +1 Skill point in each conceptualization, visual calculus, inland empire, perception and savoir faire with bonus points from the starting clothes and garden gloves. Thoughts I've internalized so far are the volumetric shit compressor, and inexplicable feminist agenda and lonesome way home still in progress. I also don't have my ledger (but did take the clothes out of the trash) and don't have my badge reported, but did every option while at the kineema related to asking kim about his car, as well as every option during the examination of the body except for trying to pull the boots off. Also failed the check for the hole in the fence I did retry it twice from the last save I had right before and didn't get the option again tho, so maybe it's a chance thing?

Personally I like the idea of them being Titus, sounds like him, only available on day one, so it adds up. I also accept theories suggesting it’s not, though, there’s not a whole lot of reason for it to be him.

@@The41stPrecinct Yeah , Titus would make sense. The other theory I heard that would make sense is Ruude, because that guy has a similar shushed voice , and seems to be really sneaky, since no one figured out he even existed before the tribunal.

It sounds like Titus but since various VA do several voices, that doesn't mean it's officially him. It could be just an other dock worker, or, allow me to speculate wildely, the "missing" Hardie Boy. What if Titus happens to have a (twin) brother too? But it's most likely just "a dock worker" , possibly Titus if he likes sneaking out whenever Harry goes outside...
