I think this is the first disco song rendered by a female voice. Before this song no any female singer (also male singers except Bappi Lahiri in very few movies) could take the challenge to sing pop songs. Asha ji is always unbeatable, unparalleled & the best among all singers.

Reena Roy was no 1 actress from 1980 to 1983 and no 2 actress between 1976 to 1979 ! Unfortunately today no one recognise her as a former no 1, people only want to know Hema and Rekha as a no 1 actresses, may be beacuse they are still active and have slim figures, which is ideal for bollywood. Rekha and Reena Roy acted in 4 movies together- Nagin(1976), Jaani Dushman(1978), Prem Tapashya(1982) Asha Jyoti(1984).
