I noticed that it only allowed me to copy then paste the Browser icons and not the others such as the Appl, Goog, FB, and so on. Even after I highlighted it to copy it. It just pasted the first one on the list.

That is helpful, but I wanted to take it a step further. How do I (if it's possible) add custom emojis to a channel/category name? Do I need to format my images to be a specific file type? I tried uploading my images as emojis, but that didn't work after copying them.

@@shakybill3 its okay i figured it out, it's just because some emojis don't render well on discord so they holo them out. Therefore some work in color and others don't

do you need to have nitro to do this? i have been trying to edit my server to add the emoji and it just doesn't want to add. sometimes it puts in the channel as a message which I don't get why?

I had the same issue. it seems to only take the icons from the browser column. hope it helps.

For anyone who is still struggling i tend to use the window, android selection of emojis and use ctrl +c then ctrl +V it worked better that way. And make sure u have the correct emoji page pulled up

I still haven't been able to figure out though how to get rid of the "#" channel type character like some servers have for their announcements and such. All they have is the "📢Announcements" as the channel name but all of mine always show as "# 📢Announcments" - I tried to create a new category but it still shows the # symbol in front of the channel name.

@@AthenianSoul Windows 7 doesn't cope very well with emojis, so, sign into your discord account on a pc with Windows 10 (I have Windows 7 as well so I used my laptop with Windows 10)
