What do you think of Torrance and Carson as good neighborhoods to live in? Great video by the way.

Torrance is a diverse and safe. The school district is one of the best districts, and it’s a very family friendly town with lots to do. Carson is really diverse, and its slowly improving housing and attracting new businesses. It is not as popular as other cities but it is a small town that offers all the essentials you may need.

Carson and Torrance are its own Cities within Los Angeles County I like Torrance better.

How much is the median house cost in Hollywood and west Hollywood?

In February 2023, Hollywood Hills home prices were down 2.0% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $1.6M. On average, homes in Hollywood Hills sell after 78 days on the market compared to 44 days last year. There were 45 homes sold in February this year, down from 112 last year.

It’s a safe Neighborhood, great schools, lots of small parks everywhere, beautiful and clean, plenty of entertainment options, restaurants and close to everything. Lots of culture and diversity I’d say It’s pretty self contained.
