Brazil is interested in the Tulpar armored vehicle equipped with the 120mm turret of Italy's Centauro armored vehicle, the same one Brazil purchased.

The Otokar Tuplar with the Hitfist II 120mm turret is a standout vehicle and is very multipurpose as well as packing a big punch. I would like to see a coaxial 7.62 MG with laser warning receivers and smoke dispensers with a fully automatic loader. Trying to use common vehicle chassis designs for as many uses as is practical is a great way to keep builds in-house and cut costs with the thirty plus tonne vehicles chassis suitable for many uses. Hopefully the new composite tracks will also be available on the Turkish tracked vehicles shown at this exhibition at some stage. 😎🇦🇺👍

Finally they got Centauro 2 Turret on Tulpar IFV . I was mad when I saw 105mm Cockerill turret on Arma 8x8 and I was thhginking tthey should put turret from Centauro 2 .Now I know it is named Leonardo HITFACT Mk.2 . Turkey should buy licencve for this turret and pu it on APCs like Arma 8x8 , PARS 8x8 and Altug APC ofcurse. And also they shoul buy Oto Melara 77mm with laser guided ammo it is SPH and SPAAG at same time Italians put it on APC so it means it is not too heavy but it is very usefull weapon..

Depends, it always depends on what configuration works best for the customer

@@pua0150 Italian. It's the original, not something like the Frankenstein's monster, because the turret is italian, but the rest is turkish. It's not a case if Brazil chose the Centauro, also beacuse it is tested by many years of different operations, like Somalia or Bosnia. And a vehicle with wheels has a higher mobilty, than one with trucks.
