Hi Thomas by grandma taught me when I came to America to this day some of my family friends still practiced this kind of technique by measuring the water level with you hand it works the rice come out perfect ancient taishaness secret 😀

Some of your aerial view are fantastic. I assumed these were taken from a drone? My grandfather came from Kaiping to California in 1900.
