A short overnight adventure in one of the lesser visited areas of the Main Range. With stunning views and a geological feature to visit, this has got to be one of the best hikes in the Brisbane / Scenic Rim region.
We camped at Laidley Creek Falls and made our way our to Hole In The Wall (a hidden gem) in the morning via the short but spectacular razorback ridge utilising ropes for safety. There is another route that traverses the top of the falls for those whom want to skip the ridge.
Shot entirely in S-Cinetone with the Sony ZV-E1 (20mm F1.8 GM), DJI Mini Pro 3 and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Some of the gear I used (not sponsored) is as follows:
Tent - Slingfin Portal 2P
Backpack - Wilderness Threadworks 63L Ossa (Custom)
Quilt - Tier Gear Quenda Quilt (-4c, Wide/Wide/Wide)
Gaiters - Tas Gear Gaiters (Large)
Sleeping Pad - Big Agnes Rapide SL
