👉 Ingredients for Viennese Potato Salad 🔽
Boiled potatoes:
▶️ 1kg potatoes
▶️ Enough water to cover.
▶️ 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Boil potatoes for around 25 minutes.
Potato Salad Ingredients:
▶️ 1 medium size red onion
▶️ 3 sprigs of parsley
▶️ 5 sprigs of chives
▶️ 1.5 cups of beef stock (300ml).
▶️ - If you don't have beef stock, you can dissolve a cube of beef bouillon in 1.5 cups of water.
▶️ 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar (originally) or apple cider vinegar.
▶️ 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, we used sunflower oil.
▶️ 1 tablespoon of mustard.
▶️ 2 teaspoons of sugar.
▶️ 1 teaspoon of salt.
▶️ 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients then cover the bowl with stretch film and rest for at least 30 minutes.
