I had 2 of the original Burans and you can swap out the bearings with multi row CKF bearings and it's amazing! Love that knife. It was my favorite for a while.

I went to the website, they also have a black/carbon fiber version. I think it looks amazing. And for 100% you can buy a timascus pocket clip, which would look sick with the carbon fiber.

My preferences change from time to time. I believe a big problem is some of us that just shop online. Don’t have a retailer close enough to us to put the actual knife in hand. This year, I am focusing on the Randall, Made, Knives orders that are coming due. Today I’m supposed to receive the Smithsonian Bowie or iron mistress by other names. I’m so excited. One thing is for sure, we who buy online rely on your non-bias reviews.

I'm glad to see more front-flippers, those are great but... Frame-locks and design styles that look 100% like gas-station knives to me (not to mention milled Ti pocket clips... Kill it, kill it with fire!). Nope, these are not knives for me.

These knifes are toy, I’m polish and I make my own knifes using my own steel it’s called Tatamovich 900i, it contain secrete formula of cobalt,carbon , manganese and the skin of 8 polish sausages. It has a Sam Rockwell of 89. Jimmy choil and jimping Bob from knifes direct gave my knife 5 stars.I’m fully qualified metallurgist,nuclear scientist and have degree in electronics,chemistry,biology,physics and quantum mechanics, but here in Uk I work in sausage packing factory, I’m best knife designer in world, like betman.

Ohh just more to dribble over that’s about as close as I can get lol. The day has come that I have always run from but knew I would never outrun!! I am officially skint, broke, busted, or in the terms used by that horrible person at the bank out of money lol!!! Ahh well I knew it was just a matter of time before the rich people would put me back in to the place I have always been in the bread line!! ( the horror of it all ) so it’s time to actually limit myself to only 4 knives a year or maybe more ahhh lol I will never do it! Anyone want to buy a EMPTY jar of nothing for say a million that should be me sorted for about 5 years lol. In all seriousness though it is time for me to start getting my purchases restricted to pieces that are or have been on my mind for a long time as the money from working just doesn’t seem to go nowhere near as far as it did.
