In the past year, Wizz Air has initiated a new era of travel by investing in the capacity of four aircraft, equivalent to 500 million Euros, and launching 24 low-fare routes to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These new routes have unlocked more than 1.2 million ultra-low-cost seats on flights to and from the Kingdom, thereby strengthening Saudi Arabia’s global connectivity and stimulating significant international demand. The airline has successfully transported over 600,000 international visitors, thereby boosting the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian tourism sector and contributing to Saudi Arabia’s ambitious plan to triple the country’s passenger traffic by 2030.
