Hi George and Su thank you so very much for showing another fantastic vlog wow everything has been really amazing/interesting and them views are stunning and out of this world and I hope your legs didn’t ache to much after all the hill walking Well I must say I think I might need an oxygen tank with walking up some of those hills also it’s such a shame about those collapsed houses lots of love to you both and all your beautiful cats

Been coming to Pissouri since 2002 and tho we knew about the landslide, we've never actually seen the houses involved. We do stay in the bay, but love the village and the square. Your video showed the not so good side of Pissouri. If you google 'Pissouri landslide' there's all kinds of information and it's even been on the news many times. Sadly, so many residents lost everything and are still waiting for a solution and recompense. We're back in Pissouri late summer and can't wait as it holds a huge place in our hearts ❤

Hi George. Many thanks for touring around Pisouri. You sre more brave than we where 8 years ago. We just looked at the sad buildings. Yes people have lost their money and still aeaiting resolution. We ealked into the village and adked the locals why the house was hanging grom the cliff. This is what thetold us. The house you see colapsed was boufht by a person eho eoyld not listen to good advice. The advice eas not to dig out the back of the property to make a pool. He did do this and the house susided downwards,so sad. If only he listened. This is what we where told. The house and land down below are also at a standstill,obviously people have lost money here as well. Might be solved in ten years time,who knows. 😅

During a storm in paphos.. the little English cemetery became a proper sight .. wiv coffins rolling down the road ... I nearly got wiped out by one.. I mean .. thought the dead wernt supposed to hurt u 😂😂😂🎩®️©️⚘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇪

Hi George. Are you not aware of the plight of the poor residents who purchased property in Pissouri that has become uninhabitable due to the land collapsing. They are still awaiting a solution from builders/ surveyors/ government etc etc as to what will happen to resolve the problem. They can no longer live in the properties and many used their life savings to buy them. Been going on for more than 10 years I believe and no outcome yet. x

@@CYPRUSINSIGHT It would appear that the land was never suitable for development but nobody seems to want to take the blame. Surveyors, architects, municipality etc etc and the poor people are still waiting for someone to DO something. Many are Brits. It is a disgraceful situation. x

Hi George and Su thoroughly enjoy your vlogs. Absolutely love Pissouri and always make a point of visiting even if staying elsewhere in Western Cyprus.
