Torghar District formerly also known as Kala Dhaka is the smallest district in Pakistan of Abaseen Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It was officially separated from Mansehra District in 2011 under Article 246 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Very nice and impressive vadio. Torghar is really very beautiful and attractive area; I went there in 2009 in tabligh and spent 25 days there. Views in two hours boat journey was awesome

unless a system of solid and liquid waste disposal is in place please do not open it for Tourism. We were there for two days and spent quite some time collecting garbage /plastic waste. Plastic wraps are everywhere :candies, lays chips, chewing gum. Please don't repeat the story of Kumrat.
