A D1 should have more articulation but I'm guessing this probably still has sway bars which is terrible on something like that.

Freind's truck, believe it was 265/75R16 back then.

Is this truck with a 2 inch lift or 3? Nice truck, what size tires?

Sitting on approx 3" lift, believe it was running 265/75R16s at the time but may have been 285/75R16. Friend's truck from a few years ago, so a little hard to remember.

@@andrewhovanetz3525it would have to have lockers I don't see any wheel spin when all those Wheels were in the air. Also you can tell it still has sway bars on it cuz the flex was pretty weak for a D1

Guy spotting has been wheeling his buggy for a number of years and probably forgot what it's like to spot & wheel a full-bodied vehicle. I was filming and trying to stay out of the spotting/instruction equation as this adds to the confusion for the driver on who to pay attention to. The driver is an experienced wheeler, but had not tackled this obstacle previously in the "little" Discovery - his other wheeling truck at that time was a GMC Blazer on 44s and 1 ton axles.
