DISCUSSION: John Hlophe appointed MK Parliamentary leader

The Electoral Court has issued directives in the uMkhonto weSizwe Party's bid to invalidate the elections.
The specialist court has given respondents until Tuesday to file responding affidavits.
The MK Party has appointed former Western Cape judge, John Hlophe as the party's Parliamentary leader.
In a statement, the party says Hlophe's distinguished career and unwavering Pan-African outlook have established him as a formidable force against systemic racism, particularly in the Western Cape.
There's been mixed reaction to this decision by the party.
Let's chat to Legal Analyst Mpumelelo Zikalala and Professor Bheki Mngomezulu Centre for the Advancement of Non-Racialism and Democracy Director.

It's a great thing tht judge Mandlakayise John Hlophe, has been appointed by MKP to led them, he is an intellectual black African who was humiliated by other nations who are not black Africans. Even though he helped them to be judges in return they hated him and humiliated uAfrika omhle. It was a painful thing to see uthumbeza going through a painful process of systematic recism. Racism it's even worse than before against africans in that court, black Africans are general workers, they are not occupying any strategic position, they are a symbol of failure, laziness, people who complain a lot. I have a challenge of over and above making costitution doc as a saint document of reference.
