Hi Jacob, yes the terminals are all connected with a central one in Terminal 2. Here is the full terminal (the gate side): kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pbF-edWXnZramok.html If you flight is to domestic, then it might be Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 which might need you to collect your bags and then go through security.

For international transfers at Melbourne airport, where do we collect boarding pass? Thanks in advance

There is a transfer desk, you need to check the signages from transit to departures. However, most airlines can get a boarding pass issued at the point of check-in unless the carrier does not have a connected system (in the past some budget airlines need a separate check-in). Allocate more than an hour for the transfer. Domestic transfer might be longer as you need to collect your bags and then proceed to the domestic transfer terminal. Welcome to Melbourne! The transfer desk is before the immigration clearance right? So I do not need to clear the immigration before I can check in for my next international flight

@@lihbinglau5298 yes, do look out for the sign at 06:30. By the way for non-alliance (i.e. same collaboration airline) transfers, it might take longer and CHECK if your luggage is checked through! This can be confirmed during check in! I shudder as many take the no-frills or budget airlines and they do not operate the same way! Happy journey!

Immigration is at 09:36 after which cameras are not allowed. If you need information we can provide you. 10:09 is where the baggage reclaim starts with all the carousels. It is a very small hall. @@MrWormworm it depends if you flight lands at peak timing along with other international airlines. Allocate an hour for Immigration. If your paperwork is in order e.g. your ETA and Visa, the process is just a few minutes. It is tge queue. Baggage reclaim is quite fast about 30 minutes but the customs check is long due to the check and queue - say another hour. I have made it through in about an hour before and have also experienced 2 hours a few times. Just allocate 2 hours to be safe. Cheers and welcome to Australia!
