A point at the etihad is a good result for any team. They did what they had to do. People just can’t stand Arsenal and why? As a Liverpool supporter, I totally agree with you mate. Haaland never starts for Liverpool. From a goalscoring point of view I agree he's the best but for work rate, he wouldn't even start for our youth team in my honest opinion. Seeing how our youth team are trained to work and play as if they were the first team. Hence why we've had some brilliant youngsters doing so well in our squad this season. I can’t comprehend how the general consensus is that Arsenal should be ashamed for playing the way that favored them the most. Walking away with 1 point hurts city a lot more than it hurts Arsenal.. these are the same people who were giving props to Porto for playing defensive against Arsenal. Dissonance is strong here. Also. Reffing is only “bad” when Arsenal are aggressive. When teams like Newcastle and Porto are aggressive against Arsenal, the narrative is “let them play”. Reffing was overall fair, I think havertz should’ve been given a yellow but otherwise very fair. The actual reffing mutiny was last matchup between these teams when kovacic should’ve been on 2 reds…

As an Arsenal fan whilst it was a boring game, I couldn't care less, last season we got absolutely pumped at City, this season we go there & get a point & City never looked like scoring, if Arteta went there & opened up & went gun ho & lost by 2 or 3 all we would here is Arteta is too naive, he isnt an elite manager, Arsenal have a soft under belly blah blah blah, its not Arsenals job to entertain the neutrals, its Artetas job to do what he believes is best for Arsenal & if by the end of the season Arsenal win the league by 1 point noone will remember the boring game.

Mark, you are right! Ballotelli and benteke were let go because of the system at LFC. Cannot carry a passenger. City can win without Haaland as they did before he came. He just try to bully defenders with his size (didn’t work with Gabriel and Saliba) and is good at positioning himself in the box

As a Gooner, I have no issues with the way we played, City was class, there possession, getting the second balls, there build up play ect, they dictated the game, for us to stop them scoring, witch how many teams have managed that this season? For me that's a important point, a point we would never of got last year, what people are forgetting is we took 4 points of them this season, they got 1 from us.

Yeah, but he was matchwinner atleast 15 times last season, and when Haaland got subbed off Alvarez couldn't score. So in the PL Haaland was Massive for city, in the CL he played great against Bayern, but not so much against RM or Inter. He was topscorer in the CL but who cares.. He's not a good footballer, but as a 9 he does his job. And btw, Pep decides what Haaland gets to do on the field

Not quite. Losing to Nottingham forest, Brighton drawing against Southampton, West ham cost Arsenal the title in second half of season. However having said that, parking two double decker buses against your rivals isn't something that should be admired or praised for a team aiming to win a league title either. Not a good look for Arsenal at all.👎🏼

The 115 not coming 1st or 2nd would be brilliant and a massive hit to the egos of their fans and club. Also, no matter the result today, Arsenal would have got hate anyway. The only thing I would say regarding this that a draw isn’t the result arsenal think it is. After Liverpool winning, arsenal drawing only means they’re second. If Liverpool were to win all the remaining games, arsenal still second. This will be the game they look back on and think if only. It’s slightly arrogant of arsenal to think a draws enough because they clearly expect liverpool/city to drop points which they may do, but the point at the Etihad is certainly nothing to be proud of. You want to make a statement arsenal, go and win the game.
