I am no psychologist, but there must be a reason why we have plunged down so tremendously today. The fact that varane, martinez and casemiro was underperforming today illustrated fatigue. We almost forget that they are humans too. We are on the sidelines wanting wins week in week out, but any true athlete especially on the professional level experience a 'machine breakdown' like today. I don't feel bad about this trashing at all, I commented on Saeed's channel that this is just the awakening of a tired beast. We will bounce back hungrier than before.

Turned it off at 4-0. Liverpool weren’t even that good in first half but we handed them the game on a plate. I was hoping the days of getting thrashed by our rivals were gone but there’s still much to do. I don’t think Erik will stand for this

i’m gutted to be honest, i didn’t not see that coming. the manager got some big calls wrong today. i think some players as carrying injuries and most are lacking energy with all the games we have played, still no excuses we should not be getting hammered like that. for me ten hag got the tactics, formation and starting line up wrong along with the subs he made. dam it’s hard being a manchester united supporter 😢

Why does Ten Hag get a free pass when it comes to our transfer business last summer? - Ten Hag insisted on De Jong (never wanted to come) - Ten Hag insisted on Antony (Not good enough, even though he used to play for Ten Hag). I still can't get my head around this one,. Just because he's a great manager, doesn't mean he shouldn't be called out. You could even argue that Ferguson's Rock of Gibraltar fiasco has lead us to this point. Just blaming Murtough and Arnold is lazy.

Liverpool started well, and then the tide started turning when we had three decent chances. Had we been more clinical and taken one of those chances, the score might have been very difficult. Lesson is - we need to be more clinical and take chances before the game gets beyond us.

Not one good performance today, not one. I've run out of patients with Weghorst, he never looks like scoring and it just feels like we're playing with 10 men with him on the pitch. We needed a striker but we didn't need him. Shaw may as well have stayed at home today, I like him but he was dreadful in the second half. Anthony has so much potential but again today he just didn't deliver, I think he could be a great player but he needs a time and work. That said I wouldnt put this result on any one player because they were all shocking! The passing, the defending, the timing of runs leading to getting caught offside, the lack of control in midfield were all shocking and I think it feels worse because a result today could have really boosted the momentum for the rest of the season but a result like today could easily derail it. I hope they respond in the right way because this just wasn't anywhere near good enough, 1/10 for all of them.

Now, what I don't get (and this is in no way meant to be a defense of H. Maguire), BUT: Who wore the the armband tonight? Who wore it most of the games this season? Last year "wearing the armband" was a reason to notch down Maguire in the ratings. This time: no mention. Actually, the "no leadership" downvote goes to Rashford.

The disrespect ETH showed Sancho by not even playing him after he single handedly helped ETH win his first match against Pool earlier this season, just because ETH wants to start his godsons Antony and Weghorst and pushed Bruno to the left. All the clubs in Europe knows to exploit Liverpool's weak side by attacking down the left against Trent, but ETH thinks he's smarter than all of them and wants to attack Pool on the right instead by playing attacking FB Dalot and Antony and starting Bruno for the first time on the left. Success made him blind to how others are performing. This loss is squarely on him. He had a better squad this time around compared to our first meeting.

I love Ten Hag, but this one is on the manager. He HAD to make changes during the half time, or this was inevitable. Dalot and Shaw were shocking defensively in the first 20-25 minutes of the first half, Fred and Weghorst were invisible in the first half. Wan Bissaka and Sabitzer would have given us the energy needed for the second half :( Im ashamed, but lets bounce back and kick their asses next season.

United were beaten 7-0 because they completely lost discipline and I mean the players especially the manager lack of respect for your opponent is a bad trait United were playing with emotion instead of heads, at 3--0 ten hag should have said guys take a breathe let's not lose ourselves but he did the opposite toe to toe it suited Liverpool like a glove. Teams that are supposed to be challenging man city and Arsenal for the league don't behave in this kind of manner. Instead you act like what arsenal did yesterday when they were 2-0 down stay in the game stay disciplined stick to your principles focus and you stand a chance this is premier league there's no easy games
