He probably also missed lethal on the turn where he cleared the board with damage lackey and wasp, if he played cable rat first there was a good chance he would get another damage lackey or a spell lackey that would have gave him 2 spells which probably would have been lethal.

Archmage Antonidas, and he mentioned him as a possible win condition. However with the 90% spells in deck and having your hand full a lot of the time, getting those fireballs is a great way to burn cards.

Good stuff but an observation. Pros are so afraid of misplaying (or try so hard to make the "perfect" play) that they think so long and rope....and then still misplay when they run out of time before actually playing the cards!. Also see: Trump, Kibler, Thijs, etc.
