Maybe this is a bit specific, but on the topic of breakfasts a video about how and where to find good, early opening breakfast spots in London would be fantastic. I'm an early riser and if you're heading out of your hotel at 7am it can be a little bit of a struggle to find an open spot that isn't a chain coffee or sandwich shop (which obviously I'd prefer to avoid). I'm sure there are early opening places for folks working in the city to grab a bite before they start, but it's hard to know where exactly to look.

I recommend the Irish Pub O'Neill's on Carnaby Street just along from Liberty. I have been there twice and plan to go there for a 3rd time in March to have the fabulous The Mega Irish Breakfast, a giant sized cooked breakfast which has about 3 of everything, it's huge and absolutely delicious, I took pictures and surprised a lot of people when I showed them and it's only £10.75 , so if you can eat a huge breakfast then that's the place to go. I can't wait to go back

I feel like vegan and veggie options are a great way to try the full breakfast even if you are not vegan. When I was in Scotland they had their version of full breakfast. I really had no desire to eat haggis so instead of missing out and I got the vegan version with vegan haggis and it was quite tasty.

Good girl.. you can’t beat a good hearty fry up especially on a weekday. It’s a treat. When you have an irish fry up you get white pudding or sometimes both. Funnily enough I had a fry up on Wednesday for a super treat, with white pudding. 😉 now if you really wanna go for a traditional meal of the cockney then it’s pie mash & liquor. This is the east/south london dockers grub.
