Namaste, made this yesterday and came out 100% original. Hade to make more quantity so increased ingredients proportionately and was successful in achieving perfect taste. Thanks again for this. my mother used to make "Bendekayi Paladya" out of some main ingredients coconut,Red chilli, Dhania, Garlic and little hurugadale but i am not sure of the proportions of them, please share the recipe if you know.
