My daughter loves the Brain Games Sticker By Number books for traveling…. The sticker pages are in the back so I just ripped out the page that matched and she could put them all on the page. I love seeing the new things you get for traveling!

I’m glad y’all were okay with the tornado, that is so scary. We just stayed at All Star Movies last month and sitting here watching your vlog with my little guy and he keeps saying I want to go back there. I told him we can go back when he starts using the big boy potty all the time so who knows, your vlog may have just been the inspiration for him to use his potty more.

We stayed at ASM for the first time in December and we had a great time! For the price you can’t beat it! Only bummer is you’re the last bus stop 😅 but other than that, we loved it! We were in the Toy Story section and E really liked that!

It’s such a cute little resort and you really can’t beat it! Yeah that part wasn’t fun but wasn’t terrible. Maybe it was the week we were there but most days it went straight to movies. 🙌🏼

Just wanted to say I love your videos and tips just wondering have you every had issues gate checked your joovy stroller I’m thinking of getting one for my next trip but heard that strollers had to be under 20lbs to gate check? Hope y’all have a great trip

Thank you! We haven’t had any issues at all with gate checking the Joovy. I’ve checked out Uppababy Vista and our Joovy Qool both as doubles weighting over 20lbs and no questions. Maybe that’s a specific airlines rule? We fly Southwest and Spirit and have never heard that.

Which section did you guys stay in? Did you think it was noisy at night in your room? Stayed at aoa and it was pretty noisy while getting my little ones to bed might have just been the area we were in

We were in the Herbie section and heard very little. Also stayed over at AoA in the Little Mermaid section and it was so noisy!!

This is NOT meant to be a judgement, because different things work for different families. Do you girls tend to be night owls and stay up later at home/normally? My kids (and tbh, myself 😂) thrive on schedule and routine, and our last trip at Disney they were complaining of wanting to go bed before the fireworks most nights. We go with the flow, but wondering if you do anything to prepare them for a different schedule or if a later bedtime is more their usual style?

Totally understand the question. No, my girls are not night owls at home. They are in bed around 7:30pm each night at home. We are a Taking Cara Babies family so they are very used to their schedules as well. Most days we have our midday naps/break back in the room which helps up make it to fireworks.

Why don’t you book Mears Connect. We booked that services and we absolutely love it. Mears connect is where the magical express was. They sent you a QR code and scan it and you hop on to the bus to we’re you are heading according to your resort. Definitely recommend. We took it back in January 2023.

We actually used Mears on two different trips last year and really enjoy the service. With sharing reviews and making recommendations it’s good to try multiple options.

Are you guys generally “chill” as parents/a couple? I ask because we just took my 16 month old to Disney and flew for the first time, and we were sooo anxious! I spent half of the trip worried she wouldn’t nap or sleep through the night, and then worried a ton about logistics and meltdowns etc. You both seem so relaxed during chaos, would love some words of wisdom for our next trip (hopefully next year)!

I hear you! My husband and I definitely don't seem that relaxed on vacation. But I will say the more we have traveled with our toddler, the easier it has gotten. You have to find your rhythm.

We try to be more on the chill side because our girls feed off of our stress and anxiety. Honestly I just know travel days will look nothing like our schedule and home and make peace with it. Most of the time kids travel way better than we think they will. We’ve also traveled quite a bit so we have a rhythm. Best advice talk through who is handling what, allow time for things to go wrong because they probably will and know that it will all work out. Oh and just go! Getting out and traveling be it Disney or grandparents house or wherever is practice. You and you kid are totally different people on travel days so you’ve gotta get to know each other.
