In today's vlog we attempted to make the famous cheeseburger pods from Satu'li Canteen in Pandora: The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom! We had a lot of fun making these and we think they turned out even better than the ones in the park! We hope you enjoyed this Disney at Home vlog as much as we did filming it. Cheeseburger filling ingredients:
1lb. ground beef
1/2 white onion diced
1/2 cup dill pickle diced
4oz. velveeta cheese
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
1-2 TBSP yellow mustard
couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

FYI, if the dough starts shrinking in on itself when you're trying to roll it out, just cover it w/ a damp tea towel and leave it for about 10 minutes to let the gluten relax. You should be able to roll it out afterwards! Hope this helps :)

I didn’t think I would like Satu’li the first time I went there, but it’s actually now one of my favorite places to eat in AK! Like the pods, noodle bowls and the desserts 😊🤩 looks like you had fun here, miss Disney too!

When you let your yeast sit put it in a bowl and cover it with cling wrap instead of on your bench. Hope this helps. 😉

How fun we will be making these in our next home school cooking class . 7:32 Jenn flexing on us with the upgraded knife skills! Nice grip and rock chopping :D Just gotta work on that claw and get your fingers out of the way of the blade. If and when you feel like picking up some upgraded knives as well, I have some good affordable suggestions. Love watching you guys cook, these are some of my favorite segments- and it looks like your buns turned out great! Tip: Next time you accidentally add too much acid (like mustard), you can balance it out with a LITTLE salt and sweetness (sugar/honey). Won't do much about the mustardy spice, but it will help to calm down the excess vinegar in the mustard. P.S. Tim's haircut is looking pretty sharp! Nice work Hairdresser Jenn :)

An easy way to keep the dough moist for rising make sure it's a smooth cloth kitchen towel wet it heavly turn on your microwave for 2 minutes to heat it up. Once the microwave is warm place your dough in a bowl, cover with the towel then let it sit for the recommended time. The towel stays nice a moist and so does the dough. The heat helps with the rising. Love you guys you're doing great

If you ever went in a cruise with Royal Caribbean, they most of the time serve a Asian pork taco as an appetizer. Delicious! 🤤🤤 They serve it in a bun similar to this one. Can't wait to try it out!
