I was 8 then. I'm 27 now. And I couldn't agree more. I feel the same way about Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon as I grew up with all three channels.

While I agree that Cartoon Networks worse era was 2007-2010, although I think that Disney Channel has been in its dark age continuously since 2007-now and hasn't improved at all ever since. 2001-2005 were the absolute best years for Disney Channel imo. 2006-early 2007 was the transitional period when the network started to get bad while the good shows were finishing up its final seasons. Mid 2007 up to now Disney Channel has been totally dead to me. The Suite Life series and Phineas & Ferb were the only good shows left by then but even then that wasn't enough to save the network from the rest of its horrendous programming. Also, since then there's hardly been anymore cartoons either.

+mqgTWO96 You are right, I did a little research, most of the good shows ended or stopped airing reruns around 2006-2007, Lizzie Mcguire and Even stevens was taken off the network on september of 2006, sister siter, boy meets world and smart guy was taken off 2007, that's so raven got it's final episode in 2007, and phil of the future stopped making episodes in 2006 while the newer shows replaced them, like hannah montant, cory in the house wizards of waverly place, and the shitty shows list filled the daily schedule. They had to add some new material, and unfortunately, shows like buzz on maggie, kim possible, suite life (which were still popping out new episodes) couldn't keep the shitty shows from being viewed the most. And shows which failed to make it big that were good, like life with derek, naturally sadie, still weren't able to keep up. Then, after 2007, things went the wrong turn! although 2007-2011 wasn't bad bad, but it was the turning point, and Disney channel hasn't been the same since.
