Guys you need to change your sunscreen. You need a waterproof for 4 hours 50+ spf . If you sweat it doesn’t run off. Living in Australia we know what works and what doesn’t to stop sunburn.You also need a wide brim hat not a baseball cap. And don’t spend more than 20 mins in the direct sun though if you ever make it here to cruise 10 mins max in the sun. Get in the shade as much as possible.Baseball caps don’t protect your ears , your chin or the back of your neck.After burn care - Aloe Vera gel and ibuprofen. The trick with the ibuprofen is you need to take it immediately after you notice you burn as it’s an anti inflammatory it decreases the redness of a burn - taking it hours later doesn’t work . Good idea about the ship time vs port time and bringing a regular style watch.

I’ve watched MANY Disney cruise vlogs and this is the first I’ve seen where they advised of being charged at the bar for drinks that are included in other locations of the ship and I’m glad for the transparency you guys offer 😁

Another nice thing about Disney dining is you can order menu items from other restaurants. If you absolutely loved the pasta from royal court, and are eating in Enchanted garden that night, you can ask the server to bring you Royal Court pasta and they will do so with a smile. We love Disney!

You two are the highlight of every Sunday afternoon for me - you make waiting the next 236 days until my next cruise much more bearable!

We love watching your videos. But we have a pro tip for cruising on Disney ships. Always take the late dining option. For one - a lot less kids. And for two - you won’t feel as rushed.

We learned to always wear a watch set to ship time AND take a picture of the daily newsletter with the time on board printed on the front page. It also has the number to call in an emergency if you get in trouble in a port.

Lol, Fireworks till 10:30...In Spain, they wouldn't start until midnight and yes, you would have kids and babies there!

I have been to St Thomas NUMEROUS times, it honestly was one of my favorite ports, however I too experienced extreme rudeness on the island this last cruise ( February 2022), so bad in fact that If my cruise goes there again I will be staying on the ship. I think that port needs to check their attitude!!

With the laundry, it’s also great/important for people coming overseas that are doing a pre stay. We did that for our Alaskan cruise with Princess years ago. It came from Australia to San Francisco and we stayed a few days prior to boarding. The laundry was almost opposite us and as soon as we got on the ship we did a load. 👍

Ben and David I am so proud of you for taking Mom on her first cruise. It was so nice of you. I am glad that she enjoyed it. Let’s hope she goes again some time. Prince Cruise Line was just the right choice.

We’ve been to St. Thomas three times. The last time was in 2020. We experienced run ins with very rude staff in the jewellery shops and got a lecture from a cab driver about god, which, as an atheist, I did not appreciate. We met lovely people on Veterans Drive by the water in Charlotte Amalie, where we always buy bags of coffee. It’s on our itinerary for 2023, but we’re going to spend the day on St. John’s instead of St. Thomas.

Love you guys x I’ve never cruised but I feel I’ve enjoyed every journey with your beautiful company. I’m alone and going through stuff since losing my dad but watching you two, makes me smile and feel happy for a few moments so thank you 🙏 xx

I've seen several Prem-Ear showings on Disney cruises. We saw Frozen, Inside Out, Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok a couple of days before they hit the theatres and had a great time.

The banana daquiris were delicious. We got those instead of the bushwackers. The shops were open at Paradise Point. The view was incredible. The Disney food looks awesome. The crepes especially. Love your content.

My family cruises with Disney often and all 5 of us are adults. You can definitely make it so that you see as few or as many characters as you like; there are adult only port adventures offered if you choose to book those through DCL; the adult only areas for dining and entertainment are separated; depending on the itinerary and season you book there are times when there are very few children on board. It might not be for everyone but it definitely works for our family 😊 Oh my goodness, I love Marcelo! He was my server back in September and was just wonderful. Did he do his Chewbacca impression for you at the end of the cruise??

Hi Ben and David, I live in St. Thomas and just loved this video. I am afraid of heights too, Ben. I haven't and won't do the cable cars either so I get it...haha. I can see the Disney Fantasy from my house when it's docked. I've always wondered what was happening on the inside...so cool! I haven't cruised the Fantasy yet but I actually was on the Disney Magic when Dr. Strange came out...probably the same week...haha. I've been on the Disney Wish and I'm about to book the Disney Treasure so I will be in St. Thomas on the other side on that one. I'll get to run home and get back on the ship...haha. So sad that you got kicked out of that restaurant in St. Thomas...not cool! Oh yeah and the tenders on the Disney are the best! I am a big kid too! I love watching your videos when I'm having cruise withdrawal...haha. I hope to see you guys on board one day!

I completely agree with you both about paradise point in st thomas. We have lived here for a year and a half and rarely go up there because there's no parking and everyone that works there is completely rude! I worked there for half a day and would never recommend anyone going there for food or drinks but only to take pictures of the view. They're the most disrespectful people on island. Go anywhere but there. We are bartenders at Bluebeards castle and pride ourselves on customer service so next time you are in St Thomas come visit us at the pool bar! J and Lisa

We really love how they do the dining on Disney Cruise Line with the severs rotating with you - on our cruise my son mentioned the first night he liked tomato soup and every dinner after that our severs had a bowl of tomato soup waiting for hem (even though it was never actually on the menu, they just got it for him). We really loved our Disney Cruise they are just, um, not cheap, so we are going to try Royal Caribbean for our next cruise and see how it compares!

Before COVID I did this and there wasn't anything open then either. I was hugely disappointed as I too thought it would be a mix of restaurants and shops. I thought it was a bad expercience back in 2018.

We've eaten peanut butter and jam/jelly on our pancakes and waffles since I was a little one (in the 1950s). And yes... it is delicious. 🤪Hubby also enjoys peanut butter, onion, and cheese on his... but I try not to think about that.

Ben I agree with you on 2 accounts to.. Coming down in the cable car is always way more scary and desserts be it breakfast lunch or dinner is always the best part of any meal…… I know a lot of adults who do Disney cruising ( with no kids) who love it. They stay in the adult only area’s as much as possible….. Wow that toilet was ……wierd…posh but wierd!! Encanto is fabulous and yes that song stays with you for EVER! We’re going to DLP soon with the grandchildren..there 1st time at Disney….I’m so excited.👍🇬🇧

My husband does laundry if the ship has a laundry and go home with 95% clean laundry. If not I start washing as soon as we get home. Been to St Thomas so many times and never rode the cable cars up. The stairs 😩😤. Omg. Was wondering if and when the doors close. Amazing views. QUESTION: is there a weight limit in the cable cars like 1000 pounds or something? Rude person? Wow.
