I never could get the oceaneer band to get the disney cruise ship, townspeople or interior items but I did get a Disneyland band to get the Walt and Mickey statue.

Actually I wonder if a new one still works I’ll try because my sister was in it and we kept it so maybe it still has the functionality I’m guessing the game just reads oh it’s from occenears not the band getting it itself

How are they unreleased? You can unlock so how? Walt Disney statue just place a magic band on your Disney infinity board and the cruise ship u need the Cruise ship band and do the same with that and the other ones I don’t remember but I do know that all of these are released and not unreleased

Only ones I’d say are those unobtainable now the account stuff as even those were taken away
