It is a very detailed setup. However, they had a good setup to make a water ride or maybe a better rapids ride than the river rapids Moana themed. Something more exciting/ thrilling than the Navi river journey. It is still a nice installation. Epcot is just lacking in major attractions compared to its counterparts.

I figure the water is recycled. The music is probably triggered by breaking a beam of light hidden by the streams of water. If you look on people's hands you will see blue dots of light when they strum the water streams. That is my guess.
