What month did you go ? How come it still cold ? Cold in Hawaii? Not fun at all, can’t enjoy swimming in the beach ☹️🤨

Hawaii wasn’t cold, just the pool water in 2 of the pools for some reason. The ocean water and the other pools were fine! We were there at the end of November.

Were you able to access the pool area on check in day even if you check in earlier before your room is ready ?

Yes! We got to the resort at around 10:00 am. Our room wasn’t ready, but the bell desk kept our bags for us and delivered them to our room when it was ready. We got an alert through the Aulani app when the room was ready. You’re able to access all of the amenities right away, so we went straight to the pools and then when we were done we were able to go to our room with our stuff already there 😊 super convenient!!
