One other reference I think you missed was that whenever Dolores tells Camilo about Bruno, at the end his eyes split super wide apart, like Sid the Sloth. Both Sid the Sloth and Bruno were voice acted by the same person, John Leguizamo.

I watched Encanto for the first time on Disney+ on Christmas Day and it was amazing and wonderful. Mirabel, Luisa and Antonio are my favorite characters from that movie.

Did anyone else catch Abuela's wedding band at the end? It's got a distinctly green patina to it, like Mirabel's glasses- further linking the two (add Bruno and his "green" character design to them, as well).

You missed so many easter eggs. Plus, when Abuela sings the Family Madrigal, Abuela uses the same word instead of a ryming one.( "There's Deja vu." )Tamatoa did that same thing. Abuela: burning, Tamatoa: glitters. Tamatoa was from the Moana. Encanto is from the creators of Moana.

This is just a mistake in the movie, I think but he should’ve included how in the song “family madrigal”, while Mirabel is standing in front of the family tree, Antonio is wearing the outfit that has animals on it, revealing his power. But, before he gets his gift, he wears a white shirt, to not make it so obvious what his gift is going to be.

My hole family loved this movie, we're all Colombian and loved how Disney showed the diferent parts of my country through the flora and fauna as well as the characters, the food and the clothing.The music is verry acurate as well, the last song named "Colombia, Mi Encanto" features a lot of colombian instruments and the singer is Carlos Vives, wich is really famous here.

Also in the house, Mirabel's room is right across from Abuela's room which I think is a direct reference of the parallel between them

(Spoilers) 3:26 I think that the doors mean luisa is trying to hold up the magic from vanishing by holding up the pressure of the candle and the tornado is a fight at the end of the movie but luisa fails

You missed an Easter egg on Mirabel’s dress. If you look closely at her dress you will see a pattern that symbolizes each member of the family. For example, there’s a candle on her dress for Abuela Alma and animals for Antonio. It is easier to see if you buy a Mirabel doll. By the way there’s a pattern that symbolizes each Madrigal EXCEPT Dolores and that kinda makes me mad.

Dolores is my favorite character by far. I wish these things were in the movie: 1. How terrible it must’ve been when she got her gift. 2. I have 3 theorys of what mirabels gift could be 1: She can transform into a butterfly 2: She can sing loudly and no one in the house sings like her 3: She is transforming into the keeper of the house.

I got a theory on why Mirabel didn't get a gift. If you look closely when she was about to get her gift, she touches the candle wax and wipes it off her dress, When Antonio touched the candle, he didn't wipe the wax but he just held the doorknob. (I don't know if it makes sense, it's just a theory anyway)
