Today's vlog is day 2 of our Disney's Polynesian Resort staycation! We head to Steakhouse71 for breakfast and then into Magic Kingdom for a fun morning of riding rides! We end our day with dinner at the Polynesian and by watching the 3rd of July fireworks from our room! It was a great day and we hope you had fun hanging out with us! Fantastic news! Amazing that he was a match. My daughter donated a kidney to her daughter (our granddaughter) a couple of years ago and she’s doing well. She 19 and has a new lease on life! All the best to you in healing and living your best life!

Love that you gave a little shout out to the first aid station, they were a life-saver for me last time I was there when I got a really bad blister on my first of four days and they handed me like 30 bandages and a bunch of single-use bacitracin packs. Was set for the rest of my trip.

I will NEVER forget experiencing New Year's fireworks from the balcony of a Contemporary suite. It took so much planning and was so expensive but I can't stress enough how worth it it was. One thing I wasn't expecting was the flood of emotions ! I cried like a baby. It was definitely a bucket list event ✌❤

It`s so great you`re able to do these staycations! (because of your hard work for the last few years!). It`s such a great way to be able to come and go from the hotel, especially when you have little ones! It was so cool to hear Jackson reacting to the fireworks; usually because of the music we don`t hear that! Happy 4th of July from Canada!

The Bunsen burner experiment is definitely out. Try showing videos of the experiment also most fireworks are pre-formed spheres or shapes that are shipped fast to factories that packed into shells and sealed. Begin japanology has a good introduction into fireworks and how they are made although japan tends to favor more traditional fireworks like sparklers and hand stuff for festivals although the larger launched fireworks are for the beach. Theme parks and celebrations use a very specific type of firework that is a exact size and can be launched remotely and comes in many colors and styles. They aren’t your run of the mill fireworks pack from Walmart or target.

We were at MK on the 4th of July and holy moly...the heat was so freaking intense! A girl passed out in front of us in line at Haunted Mansion...thankfully she was okay but my goodness hydration was definitely the name of the game. The fireworks were beautiful!! We did our first New Year's Eve last year at Epcot and had such a blast. We really would love to do that again. Looks like you had such an awesome time! Huge hugs and love to you guys xoxo

Yeah except you have to be staying at poly and have a wrist band to go there, way more expensive than park tickets! Lol well maybe if you have a big family it would work out cheaper?

I was thinking about the pin trading video. I bet your local thift stores and yard sales have a ton of Disney pins at a WAY lower price than the parks. You should buy a whole bunch and make a lanyard of pins "to trade" and then have a separate lanyard of pins that "were traded that day" using the pins from the thirft stores. It looks like Jackson finds the trading experience exciting, so it would be useful to have some meant for trading so you can keep the ones you love!

Jenn, I agree with Tim…the meatballs. Last, summer I was there with my crew and it was so hot we were looking for any ride to keep cool. 3 young men agreed to the Little Mermaid ride, just to get some AC. We also have always pop in out of shops for the AC. Loving your videos. 👍🏻💫✨🌴😎

I went with my family and my boyfriend's first time last year at fort wilderness and the fireworks from magic kingdom is spectacular from the dock/beach area in the marina. There was barely anyone there to watch them and they play the music to the fireworks! I know you guys said only certain ones do and fort wilderness is one of them! Please stay there again and try to see them from there again!

I'm not sure how noticeable it is since you see him every day but Jackson's face has changed quite notably to me over the last few videos. He is losing some of the baby cheeks and growing into his shape a bit more. It's really cool to see 😊

I am so glad they are doing 4th of July treats and fireworks again. We went to Disney 2 years ago for my husband’s 40th birthday (which was on the 4th of July) and to celebrate his retirement from the Air Force after 21 years of service. Not only did they not have fireworks for the 4th, but there were no treats or anything special for the 4th of July. We were so disappointed.

Lol I love how Jenn always says it’s a short trip which I guess it is technically but for me that’s a longer stay and for them too since they are local and they do these stays a lot and they are very expensive, 3 nights racks up quick lol! I always wish I could do like a true Disney vacation staying for like a week but at the same time I love having an annual pass and getting to go many times a year

My family had Steakhouse 71 breakfast after rope drop in May, and we had a great meal. FWIW I had what Jenn did, and it was delicious. Have been hearing that restaurant has been a bit of a miss for a lot of people as of late, but we've been there each of the past three years (one breakfast, two dinners), and it's been a great meal every time.

Be careful of the bedside tables. My son fell out of bed and the table made a deep gash in his eyelid. Since the tables don’t move, wiggly sleepers can have a problem

Just got back from my Disney trip and I can Assure this first week of July parks were WAY lesse crowded. I was able to get 7 genie + reservations in one day at Magic Kigdom, regular lines were very reasonable timing. I was expecting caos, but received a pleasant surprise. I’ve been to bigger crowd times in January.
