This brings back so many childhood memories that I didn't even know I still had. I was obsessed with this game!

Aside from having my eyes closed and clicking non-stop during the "Alice in Wonderland" maze path segment, because of the creepy CGI render of the Cheshire Cat's mouth, Villain's Revenge was one of my favorite Disney Interactive games growing up as a kid.

This game was fun to play while growing up it never gets boring. When i was younger before i can read I just keep swinging my sword against Captain Hook and make Dumbo fall down for fun. Thanks for showcasing the game WishingTikal and bringing back our childhood memories.

I only saw Mrs. Jumbo talk at the very beginning of the movie of Dumbo. I like her voice.

This was probably one of the first PC games I ever played. I have actually never beaten any of these stages as a kid but good lord the Alice stage just drags on and becomes quite inseffurable.

I don’t mind the stories drastically altered by the villains, because it’s like a twist ending. 1 Snow White and the seven dwarves have been imprisoned by the Evil Queen and The Prince does not exist to awaken Snow White from the sleeping spell. The Queen forces Snow into eating her poisoned apple and then proceeds to put the dwarves to sleep as well. - As long as they are all still alive, nothing can go wrong. 2 Dumbo is forced to perform a high dive act for each show to entertain the audience while his mother Mrs. Jumbo is tied up beneath the circus ring watching him. - The Ringmaster is not suppose to be a villain at all in the 'Dumbo" story. 3 In Wonderland, Alice has been beheaded by the Queen of Hearts and her head separated from her body, but still alive and speaking. - I think that ending is actually pretty funny. 4 Peter Pan has become a decrepit old man and can't win a duel against Captain Hook. - As long as Peter Pan never dies in Neverland and is still alive, there’s nothing to worry about. Wendy grew up, so that proves that everybody has too grow up. And I disliked it when Captain Hook got chased away by Tick-Tock Crock. I liked it when the Blue Fairy finally added a new tale to the book called "A Villain's Night Out" that describes the villains events of the game.

Katherine Beaumont still sounded quite good as Alice. despite being 61 years old then.

I like how you went in order of the movies when they were released, if I ever played this game I wouldn't mind doing the same

I always found it odd that they had the Ringmaster. Because I don't think he was evil in the original film, sure he had locked Mrs. Jumbo up, but that was because he thought she went mad.

Mrs. Jumbo's voice fits her.

This is definitely one of my favorite computer games ever as a kid since I am still a Disney lover. The game itself was definitely challenging but it was still fun to play. My favorite part of the game is definitely the Snow White part because I found it easy to read the ingredients of different potions and stuff. My second favorite part of the game would be Alice in wonderland, my third favorite part of the game is Dumbo, and the final part of the game is Peter Pan only because it was definitely challenging when it came to a sword fight but it was still fun.

Our man Jiminy would never fall asleep reading. He's the educator/bookworm of Disney. If you know the old educational serials back in the day, he can go on for hours on one subject XD Tearing out the endings sounds more like a Pinocchio decision, not a Jiminy decision lol What they could have done to have made the plot better was unexpectedly getting sucked inside the cursed book with one Villain's intent to kidnap them (the Coachman would have been a nice addition), only to find out the evil going inside where the Fairy provides guidance for the two, and each rescue makes the party grow~ the Seven Dwarfs, Peter, Alice and Dumbo. I love the world in this game though, despite how low budget it is... like the Queen of Hearts maze seems so massive and overbearing. The Evil Queen's hidden dungeon in the middle of nowhere could to merely been the castle instead, but okay... still a favorite chapter of mine. Dumbo's puzzle was decent but too easy, but still a dark situation for him. Hook's overtake with Peter was always hilarious to me though; the sword fight was neat. Who ever gets the chance to fight the Captain in one on one combat? Not often haha! This game is a full core memory for me. I used to play it every night after school.

The game's story is set in the bedroom of the player, presumably a child. Jiminy Cricket (Eddie Carroll) is the guardian of a book in the player's room which features several stories with happy endings. However, the book's happy ending pages are ripped out by a very bored Jiminy Cricket, who has read them so often that they put him to sleep. As a game to make it very interesting, he asks the player to put them back to the story where they belong, when suddenly the book is possessed by the spirits of several Disney Villains, namely Captain Hook (Corey Burton) from Peter Pan; The Witch (Evil Queen) (Louise Chamis) from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs; The Queen of Hearts (Tress MacNeille) from Alice in Wonderland; and the Ringmaster (Corey Burton) from Dumbo, who alter the stories to their advantage, without the presence of happy endings. The Blue Fairy (Rosalyn Landor) appears and explains that because stories live on in the hearts of readers, by removing the happy endings, the stories were left at their climax with the heroes in peril and the villains in control. Jiminy and the player venture into the worlds of the stories, via the cover door, to correct the happy endings. In the altered stories, the Wicked Queen Grimhilde as Old-Hag Witch has built a giant house resembling her infamous poisoned apple and has put Snow White to sleep and intends to do the same to the seven dwarves, and the player must use the spellbook to free the Prince (Michael Gough), whom she trapped by magic, so that the Prince kisses Snow White to wake her up, the Ringmaster forces a now flightless Dumbo to endlessly perform humiliating stunts in his circus, and the player must help Dumbo fly again by making the circus contraption perfect so that they can force the clown to perform the humiliating stunts, the Queen of Hearts has had Alice (Kathryn Beaumont) beheaded, although the girl does remain alive despite the separation of her body and head, and the player must find Alice's head to piece her back together, so that the White Rabbit (Corey Burton) must lead them home, and Peter Pan (Michael Welch) is an old man (Kevin Schon), which makes it too hard for him to fight Hook, and the player must pick up Peter's sword to win the swashbuckling sword fight against Hook and his pirate crew, so that the Crocodile can chase him away, and Peter turns back into a young boy again. The villains steal the happy ending pages, changing the bedroom into a battlefield mixed with their four areas. The player uses the book as a shield to deflect the villains' attacks and defeats each one (Hook is sent flying by a reflected cannonball, the Wicked Queen Grimhilde as Old-Hag Witch is seemingly frightened to death by her own reflection when it shattered, the Queen of Hearts surrenders when a hedge maze topiary statue she hides in is destroyed by the player shooting Hedgehogs, and the Ringmaster is knocked unconscious by a well aimed custard pie). All of the happy endings are restored at the end of the game.

Was the ringmaster from Dumbo really a villain? I mean the worst the guy did in the movie was imprisoned Dumbo’s mom after she went on a rampage on some kids from at least his point of view at that scene, and made Dumbo into a clown after he (granted accidentally) destroyed the circus tent.
