I found you on Tiktok and I just want to say thank you!! I decided today that I want to stop coming home for work and immediately laying down for the rest of the afternoon/night. I wanted to do something productive; then I remembered your channel. I did this workout with a little bit of the Encanto themed one mixed in and it got my heart pumping. My endurance is almost nonexistent, but this makes me excited. I can't wait to do more and make my body stronger while hopefully slimming down, at least a little bit. This is such a fun workout that I can also share with my mother who wants to get more exercise but has back problems. She can do it at her pace and what she's comfortable with in her own home. God bless you and your family. This is such an exciting push for me and my family to do better about exercising and having fun!
