mmhmm we had a great time

Awesome have fun! Wow tips I could go on about forever but here's just a few. 1. The app is YOUR FRIEND! Install it on your phone and follow the instructions they send and prepare to use it as soon as you get on the ship network. Lots of people miss out on things (like the free daily charm) because they just don't look thoroughy through the app every day. 2.Take your time - there is RIDICULOUS levels of theming on the ship, every room and space, every dining area, really take time and look at the walls and details - lots of pics. 3. People are 1/2 and 1/2 on the photo package for the price. I reasoned it only made sense if we got a ton of pics so I purchased it and we stopped everywhere a photographer could be find. Ended up with 101 professional pictures for under 200 bucks (got a discount for advanced purchase). I feel good about that. 4. People are 1/2 and 1/2 about getting off the ship at Nassau. If this is your first time, I can't think of a good reason to not at least get off the boat once. The immediate touristy shop area is all cleaned up from the old school straw market days. We walked through, got souvenirs, and had no issues. We also taxi'd over to Atlantis for lunch which allowed us to see some more of the island. 5.Packing: My family of 3 made it on 1 carry on each, 1 backpack each, and 1 large suitcase. The 1 large suitcase was for extra shoes, souvenirs, then dirty clothes. I took 13 gallon plastic bags to separate the dirty clothes from everything else. 6. They do have a paid laundry if needed with free iron and ironing board. 7. Lot of people get into the fish extender and pixie dusting gifting. Some love it and some find they buy a lot but receive little. Understand all of those programs are passenger-led, they're not official Disney programs at all. We did none of them and didn't feel we missed out on anything. 8. We did get some little magnets off Amazon for our door - good touch. 9. We got a NICE size balcony at the rear of the ship but honestly we may have spent 2 hours there the entire trip. Food for thought. 10. I am a planner. People say DONT PLAN JUST GO! I can't do that. I had a general timed itinerary of "must do"s each day with plenty of downtim/flex time built in. This worked out WONDEFULLY. I put it all on a simple good spreadsheet which I accessed from my phone. 11. I as the planner watched at least a dozen youtube videos of others trip on the Wish which gave me so many additional ideas and understanding about navigating the ship.
