This trailer is a masterclass in the art of making a TEASER trailer. It shows several compelling scenes from the movie without giving away even one shred of the actual plot or story of the movie. It makes me want to see it because of the mystery. All other studios (and even the rest of Disney) need to take note. Most of what passes for a "teaser" these days gives away half the movie. This is perfection, and what all other trailers with the word "teaser" in them should strive for.

Well to be fair I’m pretty sure they had no idea what the actual plot of the movie was gonna be when this trailer was made, they just put together a couple of cool looking scenes and built around that

Maybe. Remember, though, that the tone can easily be misrepresented in a trailer. The next trailer or two might show us an entirely different tone.

The Lord God says: Disney and Pixar will flop for another seven years starting from last year. In 2024, Disney will be compelled to diversify their film ratings and type of film. An 2d adult animated princess superhero non musical film based on a very faithful adaption on the soon to come young adult novel will be made by Disney in 2020 and released on 2024. It will be successful that Disney and Pixar will diversify their animated movies. Since the future film, 2D animation will be brought back but the CGI animation will stay. And Disney will retain their family friendly films while creating a new line of adult and mature animated films. That is how the Lord God will save Disney and Pixar as well as american animation

The song is called "Vuelie", and this is simply the song sung differently. The song appears again in Frozen 2, but in a very different style in a song called "Iduna's Scarf". This VERSION of the song occurs only in the trailer, but you can still hear the song itself in other locations.

It's common practice in teaser trailers for Disney films to animate stuff that only appears in the trailer so as to not spoil the movie.

Yeah when Elsa protected Olaf from the fire it wasn't in the movie, same as when Anna was jumping from the cliff, she wasn't jumping seriously in the movie, and when they were all watching the enchanted forest from above, it also wasn't in the movie, pretty much only the beginning is the one that happened.

To anyone saying that there weren’t some scenes in this movie. Well one, you’re right. But two, you’re also wrong in a sense. I’m not trying to pick fights, but just here me out. SPOILERS if you haven’t seen the movie yet. Basically everything in the teaser had the same concepts and themes as the movie. - Kristoff was still with the reindeer, but surrounded by fire, trying to lead them to safety. - Most scenes with Anna in the cave happened, so no changes there. - Elsa fought against the fire spirit. Only difference is, Olaf isn’t in danger. - Iduna (Elsa and Anna’s mom) had summoned the wind spirit to save Agnarr (their father) in the movie. But in the teaser, I find it as just a showcase of new characters to get theorist of the fandom to well....theorize. - Anna didn’t grab a sword from Kristoff, but grabbed an ice sword from the frozen statue of a past memory, pointing it to the Northuldrans in self defense. - The camera panning over towards the forest isn’t too far off either. It casually spoils the setting of the movie without being too obvious of the plot. We all have to remember that this, was a teaser. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s supposed to act as a way to get fans excited about the movie. Let’s be honest, most teasers for movies, not just Disney, do and don’t use some scenes in their movies, which makes deleted scenes always fun to watch. We all have our opinions on the movie, I get it. I’m just trying to appreciate the work animators spent 3-4 years onto making this movie. I personally enjoyed it. Some moments feel rushed, sure, but overall it was a good sequel.
