My grandfather (still alive) helped build the Matterhorn and the Tea Cups. I think he's still got photos somewhere. I'll have to look into that. Great video, Max!

Ryan F actually dlr has the same if not more attractions/rides than wdw does across their parks. They both are fun and offer different types of vacations for families. Of course Disneyland is my home and I love Epcot so...

I don’t like small world But I really like the Disneyland version of the ride on Christmas.Same thing with the hunted mansion ride. It’s better with the Christmas theme.Something Disney world doesn’t do. Indiana Jones is so good

I love Indiana Jones and Matterhorn. If you don’t have a fast pass and don’t want to wait take advantage of the single rider lines.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride is a favorite... it's a trip. Love it. Definitely original Disney magic. Believe it's based on the book "Wind in the Willows". A classic. Also, I have some very old Mr. Toad pins. Would love to see a video on pin trading in the parks.

We had some of them, but replaced with different attractions (submarines gave way to new Fantasyland, so did Toontown, what we got in return is much better, I do miss Mr Toad). They closed the canoes, probably for safety reasons. Remember also, there are also many things you can do at WDW that you can't do at Disneyland. You will have an awesome experience at any Disney park.

WDW is the closest to us geographically, but we make it a point to visit Disneyland every year. Love it there so much, it is Mr. Disney’s Original Park 💖 Thanks for this video.

Hey Max! I actually grew up closer to Disneyland I always forget which rides are at Disneyland and Disney World because I moved closer to Disneyworld about 6 years ago, so they mix together and I always loved Disneyland more and now I remember why! Thanks for the magic!

Disney World used to have Mickey's ToonTown but they took it out and put in the Circus section which is small.

A great vlog Max... love these kinds of videos you do. We all watch back in England getting excited for our 3 week holiday there in few months. My fav moment in Disney is just walking onto Main Street ... the sounds...sights and smells are just out of this world. Ride wise.. probs Indy.

Oh, that's a tough question! Indy is just amazing, so is Alice, but Matterhorn and Columbia are great as well and I definitely notice Walt's touch on them. I think it's worth mentioning the Monorail is quite different because it's more of a "ride" than a transportation system. Great video though, I can't imagine ever losing Toad.

If you go on Matterhorn, go on the left side for a crazier ride. On Indiana Jones, go in row 3. Casey Jr., the caboose. The Lilly Belle on the train. Mickey and the Magical Map!

I did Roger Rabbit at Tokyo Disney and it was my favourite! Only ever been to the Japanese parks but we're going to the US next year and I'm so excited to see what's different (apart from the language)!

I KNEW ride #1 was gonna be Indiana! Also, there’s like all of DCA! I’ve been to Disneyland DOZENS of times & have NEVER done Casey Jr! (I always thought that was for the Dis Jr show.) I’ve also never been on the ship or canoes.

I agree! The Matterhorn does do a number on your back. You also forgot to mention that the Matterhorn is double tracked. There's the very popular Tomorrowland track and the Fantasyland track. Both almost identical yet slightly different. Thee old bobsled design worked much better for me. Someone who's big and tall.

1. Cars ride 2. Grizzly river run 3. California Screamin' 4. Guardians of the Galaxy 5. Toy Story Midway Mania 6. Monsters Inc. ride 7. Soarin' (There's a scene that's not at the one at EPCOT) 8. Ariel Adventure 9. Other Cars ride (the trackless one) 10. Goofy's sky school

Love the Indiana Jones ride too! People say it's similar to Dinosaur in WDW but Indiana Jones is SO much better! Also, regarding Snow White's Scary Adventure, don't forget to looks up in the tower. Every so often the Evil Queen looks out of the window. She's watching you!

is it wrong for me to say I have been playing Disneyland Adventure's on Xbox ONE cause I have been enjoying it so much that I have nearly complete the game. Though it does show nearly every attraction that you can ride in the game but I have been having fun with the quests and such in the game and just exploring the park in a game like that where I don't know if I can go on a plan with my busted knee and bad back just makes want to go even more

At DCA grizzly river run, and at Disneyland splash mountain and maybe pirates it has a little drop that you MIGHT get wet on it just depends on where you’re seated!

I haven't been on Snow White's Scary Adventures, Indiana Jones, Pinnochio, Casey Jr. or Alice in Wonderland, & I want to meet Cruella & The Evil Queen who are both here, so I want to go here! I want to visit Toontown too; it's so cute! I've only been to DisneyWorld once, so I really want to visit Disneyland! I think Max is wrong about Tinkerbell though because I met her at Town Square Theater at DisneyWorld. But I know sometimes you can meet the other fairies, which is cool! Tarzan's treehouse is cool too! I'm desperately trying to get my first part time job so I can come here sometime!

I've been to Disneyland 3 times. Never been to Disney World. Disneyland is the best! It's the original, it's Walt Disney's park, it's West Coast best Coast :) I would like to get to Disney World one day to experience the four parks there :)
