This is the Disneyland Band in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle (recently refurbished). The band plays a few songs and then introduces characters Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald Duck, Goofy, Chip and Dale to help guests march down Main Street! We follow them along the route, and they even pick up the Dapper Dans. Everyone ends at the Main Street Train Station in Town Square for more music. The Disneyland Band does not always play with characters, so this was a special treat for us as we didn't realize it would happen.

I appreciate this video. I found it a couple months ago (maybe 2) but I am one of the hosts following the March and this is the only video I have seen of myself assisting with this. It is without a doubt one of my favorite parts of my job and I get to spend this part of the day working along side the most talented people I know! Thank you for this video

My band teachers son plays the trombone in the disneyland band and i came here to see him perform

I also seen him as the leader the band while he was not speaking on the side microphone he played the trombone and you know what he had the Gold Leaf weeds thing on his hat

I hope they bring this back soon! It’s like a small party that ends up being a huge party at the end! (Also, great for crowd distribution as is draws people out to the front of the park.)
