While technically the third show I started, this is the second to be completed (just barely in time for Halloween too). This show is very much a testing ground for a lot of different ideas, along with radical changes made along the way as I learned new things. I would not say it was entirely finished, there is a lot of polishing and tweaks to be made, but I unfortunately hurt my wrist which reduced my ability to work on the show in the recent weeks.
The Castle and plaza setup was pieced together by me, though I did not create the models myself. While not 'accurate' to the real thing, it allowed me to create an enclosed space to make the show in, and be able to move the camera to a limited extent, without seeing too far 'outside' the set.
The lighting is experimental, created in Blender using the Stage Lighting Kit by Fafig Studio ( / @fafig ) and I only had about a week to learn the very basics (of both Blender and the lighting setup) and implement them. Similarly the fountains are a work in progress. The fountains are made from fireworks in FWSIM, granted they don't look great, but you get the idea that they are meant to be fountains I think.
Initially the show wasn't designed with projections in mind. They were added very much towards the end, and only to a limited extent, so that they don't distract from the fireworks themselves.
Hopefully things get better in the future, as there is still much room for improvement. For example I have remade the castle lighting rig in FWSIM, the new version, while not used for the main-show here, was used in the post-show. The new version also has better launcher placement. It is also still a work in progress.
