"Master Gracey" in the grave yard is actually a tribute to the lead imagineer who developed the haunted mansion attraction, hence why "Master Gracey" owns the mansion. The man created a good chunk of the special effects you see on the ride his name was Yale Gracey. Amazing to see his tribute has made it into the film. Only right

@@davidguthrie6316 Yeah. From the Wikipedia entry on Yale Gracey: "On September 5, 1983, Gracey was shot and killed in Los Angeles by a burglar. His wife was also injured in the attack. Gracey and his wife, Beverly, were staying overnight at their cabana at the Bel Air Bay Club, on Pacific Coast Highway in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of western Los Angeles. The shooting was reported at approximately 2:30 a.m. by another club member. A police spokesman indicated that Gracey and his wife were both asleep when an unknown intruder entered and shot them both, then fled onto the beach. A motive was not determined, and there were no suspects. As of 2023, the Gracey murder remains a cold case." It's nice to see that there's regularly a flower left on the Maser Gracey gravestone at the Haunted Mansion .

I'm so glad Rosario Dawson is in the new Haunted Mansion...she's such a wonderful actress...and you can tell that she's excited about the movie and thoroughly enjoys the Haunted Mansion ride. My 5-year-old son is requesting that this movie be the first he sees in the theater.

Here’s a weird brief history with me and the haunted mansion: when I was a baby I could go on the ride no problem, but when I was six I refused to. This kept up for five years until I watched offhand Disney and that all changed. I bought Funko pops for the 50th anniversary and then I finally rode it for the first time in five years. I love it now So much. Figment, splash mountain, mr toad, pirates, and Peter Pan used to be my favorite (across the us) but now it goes haunted (wdw), haunted (dlr), pirates (dlr), Mr toad, and figment all because of one KZfaqr and a Funko pop of a mummy. I hope this movie is the best Disney ride movie yet

Same with me but for the one in Paris, Phantom Manor. When i was a kid i used to be terrified of it and would never go. Now it's my all time favorite 👍

I fell in love with the attraction when I learn the story of Master Gracie and Constance hatchway and madame leota. Besides the story with phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris which is one of my favorites The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland is my favorite. Every Halloween I always put on the foyer music to give a spooky atmosphere. I can't wait to see the film in from the trailer it looks much cooler and better than the 2003 version.

Magic Kingdom is definitely my home, and a lot closer to most. My father helped build magic Kingdom, unfortunately I can no longer walk down main Street with his hand in mind although he is still alive... It's a little beyond him now. He did have a hand in building haunted Mansion as well so this is extra special to me. I know if you secret said he told me about the build and I would love to connect with an official Disney person to figure out one of the little things that he told me just so I can pass that through to my children.

Oh God the ride is my son and I could never let it go. I remember riding it a couple months and I was super excited for the movie in which the official trailer dropped around that time. Now I'm super pumped when I go to the theater.

Love to see Rosario, LaKeith, Jamie Lee & Owen in the film and promoting it in the parks! I’m quite relieved I haven’t seen Leto doing promotion. I still can’t understand why he was cast at all.

They were actually built at the same time, but Magic Kingdom wasn't open yet when it opened at DL. Interestingly they shot this video at WDW when the movie clearly uses the DL version of the mansion, exterior anyway.

She get to be inside the Haunted Mansion look for ghost so spooktacular and next month she going Jedi Master Ahsoka next Star Wars adventure. I seen lot easter ghost hunt every part of the ride at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom.

I cant wait to see this remake. I still enjoy the o.g with Eddie Murphy but, this remake looks good. When I go to Disney, I really wanna go on the ride. It's funny when i go on haunted house rides, I am unable to keep my eyes open, I feel like with haunted mansion, i be able to do so lol The cast in this movies is awesome by far.

Ok. I hope there is more explanation in the movie as to why "Gabbie" owns the house, when it was supposed to be owned by Master Gracey. I love, love, love Rosario Dawson, but I just hope they've explained how/why Gabbie is in posession of The Haunted Mansion. That's the only thing I'm not likin' right now. Other than that, this movie looks phenomenal! I can't wait to be the 1 volunteer to make 1,000 happy haunts!! As far as this video, they showed an outside shot of The Haunted Mansion in Disney Land in CA! Then Rosario Dawson proceeds to show us inside the Haunted Mansion in WDW in FL?? Why??

I'm a bit excited to see this movie! I miss the days when Disney put out movies that had an edge to them such as Escape to Witch Mountain [1975 version], my favorite Something Wicked This Way Comes [1983], the edgy Watcher in the Woods, Frankenweenie and even Dragonslayer [1981?]. Whomever decided to JUST focus on kiddie cartoon movies apparently wasn't around in the early 80's, Disney should stretch across ALL genres. This one isn't Disney but The Lady in White [1988] could have been one in Disney's archives of Halloween spooky movies. Bottomline Disney lets get back to movies that also appeal to an older audience.

Because GHOSTS ARE COMING!!!!! GHOSTS!!! GHOSTS!!! GHOSTS!!! GHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSTS!!! AND HALLOWEEN 🎃 COMES EARLY!!!!
