I was genuinely surprised about how Wario didn't even get mentioned at all in this song, considering he's the only person that somewhat has a connection with Waluigi. I honestly thought he would be seen in the assist trophy section as one of the silhouettes trying to reach out his hand to Waluigi or atleast him trying to ignore his lanky purple pal or something, or just showing up to the stage at the last few seconds just to be shocked at how all that remains of Waluigi by then was, well... not the best, to say the least.

You know the lyrics of "World of Light" hits differently when sung by Waluigi. "Colours weave into a spire of flame Distant sparks call to a past still unnamed Bear this torch against the cold of the night Search your soul and reawaken the undying light" Also I think it would've been clever if you included some lightmotif for Brawl's theme since that was the first game to introduce the Assist Trophy (and the game that pretty much tied his fate to that item) and maybe reference both Little Mac and Dark Samus since they use to be Assist Trophies until Smash 4 and Ultimate in that order.

As an Italian myself, I find the Mario Mix of MCM’s doomsday song rather interesting, Love how you wanted the song to be based on how Waluigi was not put in Smash Bros Ultimate when everyone else was. Not to mention the interesting use of the title “Disperazione” which means in our language “Desperation” Keep up the great work!! 👏🏻😁

I love all the little things that were put in, How BF used a shield when Waluigi broke the fake smash ball, how the assist trophies were used mid song, and just noticeable how BF’s shirt had the smash bros logo on it

the more you think about it, the more it makes sense for waluigi to off himself hes had to watch his best friend not only get his own franchise of games, but also get into smash bros.. Hes had to realize that god (sakurai) would rather let a fucking pirahna plant be playable than waluigi... After all this, he decides that if they dont want him in, why should he even live?

my head canon for this waluigi was hoping he would get into smash with his one chance left he had VERY high hopes of getting in but when waluigi saw that Sora got in he was devestated he had a broken heart of how sakurai chose a plant and his brother to add but not him so he was waiting for a stage to get summoned on and he was waiting for a fake smashball so thats what he did and when he got his hands on some boyfriend (mii brawler costume) tried to stop him from suicide but in the end he ended it.

ok so, just for fun, a thread of Mario Mix character lore: Tails Doll = Crystalized Luigi. In the year 1999, Super smash bros. 64 was launched, this counted with 12 characters, 8 playable since start and 4 unlockables, or at least that's what some people think. In the first versions released Metal Mario was a unlockable character, obtained after beating classic mode with mario on very hard without losing a stock. This character has a moveset a bit different that mario, apartof his heavier weight, his attacks was slower but harder, and his neutral B instead of damaging, it stuns the rivals transforming them in crystal for a short time. But there's something weird with the game, some people claim it was just a bug, others think this was something else. If you decided to play a game with Metal mario as the player 1 and Luigi as a CPU, at the time you launched a crystal flame to stun luigi, the game will corrupt. This caused that Luigi had wrong textures, like if he was made of the same crystals seen in the Metal Mario stage, and acting erracticly. It seems normal and kinda funny in a start, but all changes when luigi launches fireballs. They would do high damage for some reason, if you try to avoid them instead of dissapear they will follow their path until they goes out of screen, then the screen would show flashing colors, the same happens if you get knock out'd after the glitch happens. The reason the flashing colors happened wasn't never explained, some people think it was because the textures and the game itself corrupting, other people, however, think it is because Mario, in his metal form, killed Luigi; and he now wants revenge, no matter what. However there's nothing confirmed about this, since the few copies of the game with this problem was retired and destroyed after more cases happened, and no one talked or wants to talk about this event.

After Waluigi gets rejected from Smash for so long, only seen as an assist trophy, he has enough. After a match, Waluigi is alone. He finds a fake smash ball, and decides to end it. BF steps in and tries to divert the situation, but as Waluigi smashes the fake smash ball onto himself, the game never implemented the code for assist trophies to be simply damaged by the fake ball, so it ultimately exploded on him. (No pun intended)
