Free of cost ആയി കമ്പനി display മാറ്റി thannu. എന്റെ മൊബൈൽ സാംസങ് ഗാലക്സി m52 5g ആണ്. ഫോൺ വാങ്ങി ഒന്നര വർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ഒരു അപ്ഡേറ്റ് വന്നതിനു ശേഷം എനിക്കും display line issue വന്നു. സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ വാറണ്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ഞാൻ പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് ഡിസ്പ്ലേ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കണം എന്നവർ പറഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ ഫോണിന് ഫിസിക്കലായി ഒരു ഡാമേജ് ഇല്ല അപ്ഡേറ്റിന് ശേഷം വന്ന ഇഷ്യൂവിന് ഞാനെന്തിന് pay ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് ഞാൻ അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വാറണ്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്ന് അവർ തിരിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു. സാധ്യമായ എല്ലാ വഴികളിലൂടെയും eമെയിൽ, ട്വിറ്റർ, കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ നമ്പർ എന്നിവയിലൂടെ ഞാൻ സാംസങ്ങിനെ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തു. മുംബൈയിൽ സാംസങ് കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു technical person എന്നെ വിളിച്ച് കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ സർവീസ് സെന്ററുമായി കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്ത് job sheet സെന്റ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.അതനുസരിച്ച് ഞാൻ ചെയ്തിട്ടും എനിക്ക് അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും ഒരു റിപ്ലൈ യും കിട്ടിയില്ല. അങ്ങനെ മൂന്നുനാലു മാസം ഞാൻ മെയിൽ ചെയ്തു അവരെ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ മറുപടി ഒന്നും ലഭിച്ചില്ല. അവസാനം ഞാൻ ഒരു മെയിൽ കൂടി അയച്ചു. ഇത് എന്റെ ലാസ്റ്റ് ഇമെയിൽ ആണ്.എനിക്ക് favour ആയ ഒരു സൊല്യൂഷൻ കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ കൺസ്യൂമർ courtil പോകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അതിനുശേഷം ഒരു ടെക്നിക്കൽ മാനേജർ എന്നെ വിളിച്ചു വീണ്ടും ഒരു തവണ കൂടി ജോബ് ഷീറ്റ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച് അയക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. മൂന്ന് തവണ ഇതിനു മുന്നേ ഞാൻ സർവീസ് സെന്ററുമായി കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു ഇനി എനിക്ക് അങ്ങോട്ട് പോകാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് വന്ന തെറ്റ് നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെ തിരുത്തി തരണം എന്ന് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അവസാനം ആ മാനേജരുടെ request അനുസരിച്ചു ഒരുതവണ കൂടി ഞാൻ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ പോയി ജോബ് ഷീറ്റ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തു. അതിനുശേഷം എനിക്ക് വീണ്ടും കോൾ വന്നു സാംസങ് il നിന്ന്.മൊബൈൽ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ അവർ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ മാറ്റി തന്നു. Free of cost.സർവീസ് ചാർജ് 413 രൂപ മാത്രമേ എനിക്ക് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നുള്ളൂ . അതുകൊണ്ട് എനിക്ക് എല്ലാവരോടും കൂടി പറയാനുള്ളതാണ് നിങ്ങൾ വിട്ടുകളയരുത് ഒരുതവണ സർവീസ് സെന്റർ മായി നിങ്ങൾ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഫേവർ ആയ സൊല്യൂഷൻ കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ ഡിസപ്പോയിന്റഡ് ആകരുത്. നിങ്ങൾ വിട്ടുകളയരുത്. നമ്മൾ കുറച്ചു സമയം ചെലവഴിച്ചാൽ വിജയം ഉറപ്പായിരിക്കും.

എന്റെ oppo reno 5 pro യിൽ ഇതേപോലെ green line issue വന്നിരുന്നു(after software update). Warrenty period കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. But അവർ അത് free ആയി display replace ചെയ്തു തന്നു. നമ്മൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ 1. ഫോൺ format ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല 2.ഫോൺ വേറെ ഷോപ്പിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി repair ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല അവർ മുഴുവൻ check ചെയ്ത് genuine ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായാൽ തീർച്ചയായും solve ചെയ്തുതരും 💯

എൻ്റെ REALME X7 PRO mobile ആണ് ജൂണിൽ ഈ Greeen line issue വന്ന്, But Realme Service center First ചെന്നപ്പോൾ അവർ Change ചെയ്യണം 10000 Payment ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു... But പിന്നിട് 5 Months ശേഷം അവർ Free ആയ്‌ട്ട് Change ചെയ്ത തന്നു.. ഒരു 2 weeks time edttu Thanks to Realme kochi service centre.....👌

ഫോൺ വാങ്ങാൻ വരട്ടെ.. എന്ന് ചേട്ടൻ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ പറയുന്ന കാരണം 4 വർഷമായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഞാൻ.. 🤩🤩 Update ഒക്കെ കണ്ട കാലം മറന്നു... കാശ് കൊടുത്ത് വാങ്ങിയ ഫോണിൻ്റെ Display അവരുടെ പ്രശ്നം കൊണ്ട് അടിച്ച് പോയാൽ അവർ മാറ്റി തരണം.. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കേസ് കൊടുക്കണം പിള്ളേച്ചാ 🔥

ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ issue ഉണ്ടായതു ONEPLUS 8T ഫോൺ model ആണ്. എനിക്കും issue ഉണ്ടായി. കാരണം ഇപ്പോഴും അറിയില്ല. 2 green lines in screen. ഈ model നു വന്ന issues വളരെ similar ആയിരുന്നു. Extended warrenty undayathu കൊണ്ട് Banglore അയച്ചു കൊടുത്തു display മാറ്റി. ഇത് വളരെ അധികം പ്രധാനപെട്ട ഒരു issue ആണ്. എല്ലാരും പ്രതികരിക്കണം

നിങ്ങളുടെ റിവ്യൂസ് കണ്ടു vivo phone എടുത്തു 1 year പോലും ആയില്ല.. അപ്ഡേഷൻ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ display പച്ച ലൈൻ.. (ഇന്ന് ഒരു പിങ്ക് ലൈൻ കൂടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്)service centre കൊണ്ടുപോയപ്പോൾ ഫോണിൽ ചെറിയ സ്ക്രാച്ച് ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് ഡിസ്പ്ലേ ഫ്രീയായി മാറാൻ പറ്റില്ല 9500 ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.... കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ വളരെ മോശം സർവീസ് ഫ്രീയായിട്ട് ഫോൺ തന്നത് പോലെയാണ് അവരുടെ സംസാരം....8years ആയി oppo ആണ് യൂസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു complaint ഇതുവരെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.... ദയവു ചെയ്തു ആരെങ്കിലും vivo ഫോൺ എടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആ കാശ് പോയി എന്ന് കരുതിയാൽ മതി... ഇത് നമ്മുടെ അനുഭവം ആണ്... ഇത്രയും പ്രേമിയും ഫോണുകൾ ഇറക്കിയിട്ട് വളരെ മോശം കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറും സർവീസ് സെന്ററും ആണ് വിവോയ്ക്കുള്ളത് 😡

ഇതു പോലെ തന്നെയാ നമ്മുടെ ഒക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള TV-യുടെ കാര്യവും ഒട്ടും ആയുസ്സ് ഇല്ലാത്ത രീതികളിൽ ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ വരുന്ന TV-കളുടെ Display. Extended warranty എടുത്ത് വെക്കുന്നത് safe ആണ് . ഇ extended warranty എടുക്കാൻ ഉള്ള ഒരു തന്ത്രം ആണെന്നും വാദം ഉണ്ട്

I have a black vertical line issue with my Lenovo Ideapad slim 3i laptop. It was during the period of the warranty so they replaced an entire top piece of the laptop free of cost. I have no plan to extend the warranty after this incident and your video I'm thinking to extend it for one more year.

Consumer court ൽ പോകണം എന്നില്ല. national consumer helpline എന്ന app download ചെയ്തു complaint രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുക. 3-4 week delay ഉണ്ടാവും. പക്ഷേ കമ്പനി സൈഡിൽ നിന്നും കാൾ വരും...

ഇത് എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് കമ്പനി മനഃപൂർവം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് bcoz എല്ലാ കമ്പികളുടെയും sales ഇപ്പൊൾ ഡൗൺ ആണ് പിന്നെ പാർട്സ് sales ഓക്കേ കൂട്ടാൻ വേണ്ടിയും ആവും. പണ്ട് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ update വഴി phones slow ചെയ്തിരുന്നത് പോലെ.

Vivo x60, എനിക്ക് ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു problem ഉണ്ടായി. ഞാൻ സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ പോയി വാക്ക് തർക്കം ഉണ്ടായി, പോലീസ് വന്നു. അവസാനം display free അയി change ചെയ്തു... സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ പോയി ബഹളം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക. അല്ലാതെ വേറെ വഴി ഇല്ല.

നിങ്ങടെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ടാണ് ഞാൻ service center ൽ പോയത്.. Vivo X60 ആണ് 2 മാസം മുമ്പ് ഒരു ഗ്രീൻ ലൈൻ വന്നു.. പിന്നെ 2,3 ആയി മാറി... കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച തൃശൂർ vivo സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ പോയി വിവരം പറഞ്ഞു.. Display സ്റ്റോക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.. അവർ 10 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിവരം തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.. രണ്ട് ദിവസം മുമ്പ് വിളിച്ചു ഡിസ്പ്ലേ എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് വന്നു നോക്കി ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടേ പറയാൻ പറ്റുള്ളൂ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.. ഫോണിന് യാതൊരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള ചെറിയ പ്രോബ്ലം പോലും പാടില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ രാവിലെ തന്നെ പോയി... അവർ എനിക്ക് free ആയി മാറ്റി തന്നു... Relevant content.. ഈ issue ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരുപാടുപേർ face ചെയ്യുന്നു.. എന്റെ OnePlus 9 phone നു same issue ഉണ്ടായി.. OnePlus care appil സെർവിസിന് കൊടുത്തു.. അവർ കൊണ്ടുപോയിട്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 3weeks ആയി.. They are telling that it will take around 15 to 20 working days. ശരിക്കും പെട്ടു പോകും.. ഒരു secondary phone കണ്ടെത്തണം plus one month waiting period. It's tiresome.

ഇപോൾ one plus phone in 10 series ഫോൺ ഓക്സിജൻ update ശേഷം issue ഉണ്ട്. OnePlus ഫോൺ ൻ്റെ issue ( without warranty) നമുക്ക് OnePlus care ആപ്പിൽ request ചെയ്യണം.. അവർ മാറ്റി തരും. Physical damage പാടില്ല... Warranty ഇല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥയിൽ കിട്ടും. 20 ഡേയ്സ് വരും എന്നാണ് കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ പറയുന്നത്.

The main reason for the faulty display after update is because of the buggy kernal that comes with the update. The buggy kernal can even destroy the hardware of the device. (For people who don't know what a kernal is, it is the core program that manages your phone's CPU resources, memory, and system devices)

@@sivasankarsd2638 it only happens to amoled display... LCD and amoled created with different technologies.. I don't think so it's due to a faulty kernal . Because they release kernal after so many testings .. It's not a single handed process.. What happening is when new software comes ... It causes the voltage variations while updating... This is why ... It's only affecting amoled screens not lcd display ( due to the difference in technology)

You're right in what you're stating. They are both distinct technologies. The broken display IC is what's to blame for the lines on the amoled (which can occur with physical damage or kernal or driver associated damage). You must be aware that when you talk about new software, the display module cannot be controlled by the software alone. The kernal, which controls the signal and voltage requirements for the display to operate properly, is the only channel via which it may interact. The company can modify the kernel or driver for the update, and sure, they will only release the kernel after adequate testing, but in recent years, we have noticed that the smartphone corporations are rushing to release newer models without spending the necessary time to perform extreme testing. This is the reason that the majority of cellphones that have been produced in the last several years have this as a frequent problem.

The same issue happend twice on my 2 year old Vivo x60 pro. First time they replaced the display in free of cost(warranty period) and second time(after warranty period) they are offering another mobile(Vivo v27 pro) since they have shortage on display .This issue is facing many people, we are forcing to bear the loss for manufacturing/software issue. Is anyone complained this to consumer court? I'm interested to part of it.

Had same issue.. red and green lines vertically on display.. After watching this video I contacted customer service and they told if there is no physical damage,they will repair at free of cost. My device was out of warranty. OnePlus will pick up and drop at location.

My samsung galaxy s20 plus had the green line issue twice (1st one were within warranty period and the 2nd one after the warranty period).Samsung replaced the screen both the time without a penny(after warranty period, they will check your phone whether it has a scratches or dents,if yes,it will costs much).so,use your phone with full protection(use boby skins,shock proof case,tempered glass,etc...)

Same issue with my s20 when a software update finished. I went to the service center they said that they will check the phone and there is a one time screen replacement. I submitted the handset to verify and they said it has a dent on the phone on the side pannel only, it will happen because I think that material is aluminum. I regularly use a back cover from spigen protection case to protect the phone from falling this I only clean once in a month and the dust particles inside the case caused the scratch or dent. So they rejected due to that reason and said it is considered as a physical damage. Thank you for the service Samsung. This will be my last phone from Samsung.

Same പണി കിട്ടി (vivo x60) ആദ്യം ഒരു വര 2 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ അടുത്ത വര അങ്ങിനെ 2 വര 😬, warranty കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഒരു മാസവും കഴിഞ്ഞു, പക്ഷെ service centeril കൊണ്ടു പോയി കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു, ഇന്ന് display മാറി കിട്ടി.. ഇത് company യുടെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നുള്ള പിഴവായതു കൊണ്ടു free ആയിട്ട് മാറി തന്നു..എന്തായാലും അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നു നല്ല സമീപനമാണ് ഉണ്ടായതു (vivo തൊടുപുഴ service center)

എന്റെ വിവോ x60 pro ക്ക് ഇന്ന് വര വീണു. 1 വർഷവും 3 മാസവും കഴിഞ്ഞു. നാളെ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ പോയി നോക്കണം. Extended warranty ഉണ്ടോന്നു സംശയമുണ്ട്. ഓർമ്മയില്ല

I was using OnePlus 9 and after the update I got a green line , service centre contact chythuu ,pickup and drop ennaruu option ond OnePlus careill ,ath vazhi service book chythu ,vettil vannu phone kondu poyi sheriyaki thirich kondu vannu ,free of cost arunnu ,and warranty kazhinjirunnuu . But ith phonin external damage ondengil kittila like back glass okke pottiyall... And currently OnePlus 9 series ,8 series inn free of cost ayitt display maritharunnund but OnePlus 8 pro kkk display change chyunnila ennan ariyan kazhinjath ... Oneplus സർവീസ് ഇൽ ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞു ഡിസ്പ്ലേ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ആണ് 4 മാസം എടുക്കും എന്നു.. എന്റെ ഫോൺ ഇതുവരെയും താഴെ പോയിട്ടോ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.. സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തത് 2 മാസം മുൻപ് ആയിരുന്നു.. സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ ന്റെ ആണ് എങ്കിൽ അന്നു വരേണ്ടത് അല്ലെ

Samsung Note 20 Ultra.. ഖത്തറിൽ നിന്നും 2.5 years മുന്നെ എടുത്തതാണ്. Software update ന് ശേഷം സെന്ററിൽ green line വന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ green മാറി rose ആയി. ഖത്തറിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്തത് ആയോണ്ട് നാട്ടിലെ service സെന്ററിൽ പോയിട്ട് കാര്യം എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടാവുമോ?

ഇത് വളരെ ശരിയാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ ഇറങ്ങുന്ന മിക്ക ഫോണുകളിലും ഇത് കാണുന്നുണ്ട് സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ updation ചെയുമ്പോൾ ആണ് കൂടുതൽ ചൈനീസ് ഫോണുകളിലും സാംസങ്ങിന്റെ S 20 സീരിസിലും പ്രത്യേകിച്ചുണ്ട് പോരാത്തതിന് തല്ലി പൊളി ഫോണിന് വരെ ഒടുക്കത്തെ റിവ്യൂ എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്ന ഉടനെ എടുക്കാതെ അല്പ്പം വെയ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് വാങ്ങിച്ചവരുടെ റിവ്യൂസ് ഒക്കെ നോക്കി നല്ലതാണെങ്കിൽ സാവകാശം എടുത്താ മതി🤗🤗🤗🤗

Update ചെയ്താൽ display line വരും എന്ന് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് നാള് എൻ്റെ 1+9R update ചെയ്യാതെ വെച്ചു.എന്നിട്ടും ലൈൻ വീണു.ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് one plus service സെൻ്ററിൽ കൊണ്ട് ചെന്നപ്പോൾ warranty കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും എനിക്ക് ഫ്രീ ആയി display മാറി തന്നു.

Naan IPS LCD display phones mathrama yadukaar. Amoled Kure kaalam upoyigichaal screen burn in verunath kondum pine inganathe pink and green line issues kond and repairing cost is high compared to IPS LCD. But Amoled is rich in colors and beautiful while using black wallpapers but still I prefer IPS LCD.

എൻ്റെ ഫോൺ OnePlus 8t ahn... Android 12 update inu ശേഷം അണ് എനിക് igne oru ലൈൻ ഇഷ്യൂ വന്നത്..കൊച്ചി സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ പോയപ്പോൾ അവർ മറ്റിതന്നില്ല.. കാരണം ഈ ലൈൻ വരുന്നതിന് ഒരു 4 5 മാസം.മുന്നേ ഫോണിൻ്റെ back സൈഡിലെ ഗോറില ഗ്ലാസ്സ് cover panel ചെറുതായി ഒന്ന് പൊട്ടിയിരുന്നു...ഒറ്റ കാര്യമേ ചോടിച്ചുള്ളു ഈ ഒരു isssue കൊണ്ടാണ് എൻ്റെ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ പോയത് എന്ന് തെളിയിച് എന്നെ കാണിച്ച് തരണം...പക്ഷേ അവർ ഒന്നും. പറഞ്ഞില്ല മോകളിലിന്നുള്ള ഓർഡർ പ്രകാരം psychical dameage ഉണ്ടെകിൽ മറ്റിതരില്ല എന്ന പറഞ്ഞു...15000 രൂപ വെറുതെ കൊടുത്ത് മാറ്റേണ്ട avshyo ഇല്ല എന്തായാലും. so ഇപ്പൊൾ നിരവധി പേർക്ക് ഈ issue vannitund.. so ഒന്നിച്ച് consumer court vazhi പരാതി കൊടുത്ത് മുന്നോട്ട് പോണം.. എല്ലാവരും പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് മറ്റത്തിരുകുവൻ ശ്രമിക്കുക..

നിങ്ങളുടെ റിവ്യൂസ് കണ്ടു vivo phone എടുത്തു 1 year പോലും ആയില്ല.. display പച്ച ലൈൻ.. service centre കൊണ്ടുപോയപ്പോൾ ഫോണിൽ ചെറിയ സ്ക്രാച്ച് ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് ഡിസ്പ്ലേ ഫ്രീയായി മാറാൻ പറ്റില്ല 9500 ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.... കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ വളരെ മോശം സർവീസ് ഫ്രീയായിട്ട് ഫോൺ തന്നത് പോലെയാണ് അവരുടെ സംസാരം....8years ആയി oppo ആണ് യൂസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു complaint ഇതുവരെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.... ദയവു ചെയ്തു ആരെങ്കിലും vivo ഫോൺ എടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആ കാശ് പോയി എന്ന് കരുതിയാൽ മതി... ഇത് നമ്മുടെ അനുഭവം ആണ്... ഇത്രയും പ്രേമിയും ഫോണുകൾ ഇറക്കിയിട്ട് വളരെ മോശം കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറും സർവീസ് സെന്ററും ആണ് വിവോയ്ക്കുള്ളത് 😡

എന്റെ OnePlus 9R ൽ display green line issue ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കോയമ്പത്തൂർ OnePlus service center ൽ പോയി warranty period കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും free ആയിട്ട് display replace ചെയ്തു തന്നു.

Poco X3 Pro 2nd ടൈം സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഫോൺ ഡാമേജ് .....totally dead.... മഞ്ചേരി ഷവോമി സെന്ററിൽ കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ബോർഡ് പോയതാണ് ഒരു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞേ ശരിയാക്കി കിട്ടൂ എന്ന് .... സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് കൊണ്ടാണിത് സംഭവിച്ചതെന്ന് സർവീസ് സെന്ററിലെ സ്റ്റാഫ് അംഗീകരിച്ചു .... ഭാഗ്യം 👍
