Back before IG and all the social media companies existed, people who are alot older such as Gabby and I used disposable cameras. You Gen Z kids are very lucky (and smart) with all the awesome tech we have nowadays. In the 90s, we had LARGE camcorders, disposable cameras, and Walkmans. Do you know what a walkman is? lol Thanks for sharing, it was very informative.

I know, at first I was thinking how cute that she would have to explain what film is and how the process works, but then I learned things, because I never had really thought about how it happened. Just point and click.( I have like 5 rolls of disposable cameras that are way expired but if they could possibly hold pictures, I would give my first born child to have them come out in decent viewing condition) (back from the days when my first born had a sole) I think I keep hoping new tech where they can develop over-developed film and not have it be over exposed, would come about.

Is there anything you can do with the negatives once you have your scans or physical copies? like is there anything else useful for them, or they're just to keep?

Now they make little converters to run your own negatives through that will make them digital. They look like mini developing machines, from when they started converting them in store to a disk. They can be pricey, but you can get one as cheap as 60, 40 buck maybe, on amazon. That's a really cool option now that I know the negatives have been put through a process that protects them. Sometimes the originals get destroyed somehow: water, nature, animals, kids, who knows, and if you can locate your negatives, you do not have to lose them. That is, if you only had the hard copy.

So my camera is the same kind as yours but is bigger and just shoots the pics out and originally u have to shake them but mine said don't and I don't but when mine come out am I supposed to leave them in the sun or the dark because when I leave them in one place the pic never shows up idk what to do 😭

if you mean like a Polaroid don't leave them in the sun or dark places cause it messes with the ink. I shake my photos and they turn out just fine sooo...
