There are many ways to cloth diaper more affordably. You can buy a secondhand stash of really great quality stuff that in the long term last longer than the cheap diapers. There is also the Cloth Option, which is a charity that helps provide cloth diapers and support to those that cannot afford it. The impact on our water and electricity wasn't that big. Burp cloths, bibs, and baby clothes plus bedding had more impact. Spit up created twice the laundry that diapers did.

We are for cloth nappies, with the aim to reduce landfill waste. We've also found that our little one experiences rashes more frequently when using disposables. However, we understand that life becomes busy and may not always have cloth nappies on hand. So, we use disposables on an as needed basis (2-4 month)

@@DadUniversity No worries at all :) I really enjoyed learning from your videos as, not so subtlety prompted, recommended by my wife. You have excellent points that I agree with wholeheartedly. The principles are applicable to my work (Childcare and Outside school hours care) and provide excellent resources to redirect parents and staff towards. Keep up the great work!

Most cloth diapers are adjustable and one size fits most. So it’s not quite true to say that you will need to purchase larger sizes. Unless they’re really tiny to begin with or get fairly large, most babies can use the same cloth diapers throughout their diaper wearing years.

Remember that 1k you may spend will be reused for another baby. So you’re spending the money once and your stash can be used on multiple kids it’s a win win

You also dont have to spend 1k to cloth diaper 😂 there are less expensive brands/routines that are just as good as the bougie brands.

Good content! The music is a bit loud though, could be mixed down a lot for a more comfortable experience.
