What is it gonna take for people like them to understand.? There’s a sign telling them not to touch the reins, the first guard told them not to touch them on 3 separate occasions, and then the police told them. After all of that they walk over to the other guard and try to do it again. At this point they are causing a disturbance and all 3 of them should be arrested, charged, and kept in a cell for a few hours.

Interesting how the younger kid engaged the police - watch how he got the shorter PO turned so his back was towards Monster Mum, Dursley Dad & Nasty Nigel. Glad the taller PO seemed to be keeping an eye on those three although that phone thing Nigel was doing was incredibly rude. "Are those real soldiers?" Seriously. It's like they read the "don't touch the reins" and their minds instantly went "oh but that doesn't apply to us - we're special". (and I think I"m maybe giving them too much credit - on being able to read)
