Their religion instructs "Thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children." The adults are supposed to be teaching their children respect and compassion. I guess there are jacka**es even among the "Chosen People." I'm ashamed for them, and apologize on their behalf.

That would be a great idea. Surely he'd have something to say to his countrymen about respect for others. I don't suppose these groups ( and it's not just Jewish tourists...I've seen east Indian and Pakistanis, European tourists and Americans/ Canadians all act just as badly) have any idea of why these guards and their horses are working here. Goofy immature school children maybe..never adults ..I do believe this particular sect of people live in a bubble..only come out in large groups... they are from one of these Eastern European sects Haredi or Hasidic, Yemenite and Chardal Jews. None of the men or boys shave the sides of ones head. This goofy acting group is not the strictest orthodox group. Doesn’t London have a community that they reside together? New York City has a large population in one particular borough..who have never acted or would dream of acting this way in public. They are very reserved and respectful. They have their own schools, synagogues, communities, businesses, they bother no one when on the street. The ones around London that visit quite often to Whitehall have a bully behavior. Publicly making fun of the guards on duty for fun. Someone needs to make this known to the powers that be..an intervention of meetings with their elders in their communities need to take place. Lay down the rules. These soldiers are part of the active military that protects them. They are real soldiers doing a ceremonial job when not doing this they are trained warriors many have been or serve when needed in hostile countries. The military Calvary or artillery along with their horses do not deserve this type of disrespectful treatment.

An elder of the Jewish people who were abusing a guard in the arches in a very disgraceful way had to be told by a policeman that the guards were soldiers . He obviously has a short memory regarding when our military were friends and allies of the Jewish people in the Second World War. When he then turned and apologised and thanked the guard for his service I felt sick at how glib and insincere it sounded . They should not be allowed to continue with this behaviour as it weakens our police and security regarding the overall treatment of all tourists from all countries . Many unruly tourists , groups even, have been removed by the police who were not Jewish groups .

I totally agree with you. Hearing this horse just breaks my heart, and seeing how this family acts just makes me really really mad. The parents should show their kids what is respect, not giving this bad example. I also agree that the armed guards should be way more present and attentive close to the horses.
